Beautiful bride! I am older and had a VHS tape of my private wedding. I feel bad but I threw it away. I didn’t want to look at it ever again. My husband has loved me through my journey. He is on the same journey as me now. We are so happy doing this together!
After listening to Lauren I know I have to eat less processed food. I also am on WW, but mainly do SOS free diet, but cheat a bit on that. Weight is not a problem for me
I lost 100lbs on WW. I kept the weight off for 32 years. I found it to be a great program. Two years ago I followed the starch solution program because my daughter is Vegan along with going through menopause. It has equally been a great choice. Both programs have pluses and minuses. Each is not for everyone. Being sure you are taking in enough of all the nutrients your body needs can be a real struggle. (I love to run!)

Hi Emmie, Lauren really is a beautiful bride!! Can I ask you a question please? I have been following Slim on Starch now for approx 10 weeks and not only have I lost 10 pounds but it hasn’t been as difficult as I had imagined. So, firstly, thank you, thank you, thank you. My question is, I am yet to notice any difference in the way I feel physically (I am 59 and suffer from joint and lower pain) or mentally (I suffer with depression) and wondered how long it would normally take before I could notice any improvements? Omg this is so similar to me. I have been on WW on and off for 20 years. I'm having such a hard time giving up counting points and calories. Right now I'm doing ww and startch solution but I'm finding I'm hungry all the time because I think ww wants me to keep my portions so small. Today I decided to give up counting points and just do startch solution instead. Hopefully I can work with Emmie soon because I think that will help me more.
