I just wanted to tell you thank you!! Your videos and coaching have helped me through my own journey. There aren’t many men doing what you do so this is why I really started following you. I’m so glad I did. I also wanted to tell you that I hit my weight loss goal today that I set for myself before my VSG surgery. I’m a little over 18 months post op and I started my journey at 429 pounds. Today I hit 225 pounds. That’s 204 pounds gone forever!!! Again, thank you so much!!

I’ve been watching since October. I’m on some FB Gastric Surgery groups and I’ve seen people post they’ve only lost 6lbs the first month! I’m feeling anxious that my surgery won’t help me lose weight or that I will regain what I lose.

Daniela, those groups *can* be a huge bummer. I have coaching opening in about a month if you’re looking for some support. I will tell you that it’s a range of loss in the first month, but 6 is low… there has to be a reason!

Hi Chelsea! Question for u! Please provide me with name and details of the cleanse u mentioned right before u did the surgery? The surgery is on March 1st and I’m starting to do some purchases to get ready for my new lifestyle change. I’m doing my pre op diet currently and between getting a mani pedi and digital scale to measure my food. I would like to do the cleanse . I also signed up for your Sunday Masterclass I can’t wait! The support and wealth of info and experience u share is becoming so helpful and wonderful! Gosh its making a difference and sure it will continue to do so! Thx Chels 😊

Hey Dawn - My pre-op diet was something prescribed by my clinic. It was a liquid diet for 7 days before surgery to shrink my liver. Most clinics will have specifications for you! I hope the Masterclass was helpful for you! Do you have a protein powder that you like yet?

Using hubby’s laptop~ this is SANDRA Patrick…. Can I just tell you what an angel you have been since I decided a week ago to have weight loss surgery! The personality type a and OCD in me I’ve watched about as many RU-vidrs as possible and you are by far my favorite from your first days of surgery during the times you talked on the phone while you went through the process until now you are completely different person, at least in your happiness and energy level!! And of course, you look beautiful and amazing and I love your hair even if you call it curly girly.😂 PLEASE KNOW YOU have touched me more than you ever realize and I am ever so thankful for you and your channel! I am preop and waiting to attend the virtual information session and I am going through FRYE in Hickory North Carolina. I look forward to your master class! 🥳🎉👏🏻

Nope! That’s not to say I haven’t gained weight back because I do (especially in the winter!), but not out of my control. Is this something you’re experiencing?

Im 2 years after vsg and still struggle to lose 25 pounds!!! Im on wegovy but still struggling. I have PCOS too any advice?
