Just found your previous weight loss video but thought I’d comment here instead. I’m also 5’7 and last year I started my weight loss journey at 232 lbs. I lost 22 pounds and around august there were things going on in my life and I stopped working out then I moved to Germany. Since august I’ve been at 210lbs and fluctuating a few lbs up and down. Everything is closed in Germany so all I can do it home workouts, I see changes in my body but my weight isn’t moving so I have my days when I get frustrated but I’m just staying consistent and not giving up.
