I’ve been doing Leslie Sansone walking videos for decades, but when your video showed up on my RU-vid feed, I quit using Leslie‘s videos because you don’t have mindless chatter. Just great music to keep you on the beat. I love that you add standing at work to all your walking workouts, I’ve lost the last 10 pounds I couldn’t drop with your workouts the keto diet and good sleep now that I’m retired. I pass your walking workouts to my daughter. Who’s a marathon runner because here in Washington once the rains start you gotta work out inside so she uses you on the rainy days, I use you every day and after lunch I go outside and powerwalk with a 12 pound weighted vest and do my 2 miles. I do use 2 pounds weighted gloves with all your workouts to get that extra punch to my workout. Please continue to do more walking videos, even up to an hour.❤
Oh wow, you're on a fitness mission! I love it, Jill. I must say I do look forward to being retired so I can exercise more (not from RU-vid, but from my regular day job). Thanks so much for sharing my channel with your daughter. I'm sure she got her interest in exercise from her mom...you're definitely a great exercise role model!
I really slacked off because of so much going on in my life. I decided this morning that I had to get back on track, went to your channel and clicked on this video. It felt great. I appreciate you so much! Thank you 😊
Life absolutely gets busy. Kudos to you for getting back on track with fitness, Anne! I'm glad you enjoyed this one and happy that you plan to return more often:)
Oh my goodness! Dear Improved Health instructor, I was able to work up considerable sweat! I love the minimal talk and the visuals. I love the 20 second intervals. Thanks for the suggestion of increasing the pace for the walking portion. I was able to challenge myself w balance. I was able to keep my heartrate between 75-80% capacity. I am proud. I also feel energized, and I am in a better mood after I have moved my body with exercise sessions. I am grateful to my body for its ability. I am grateful to you for your time and commitment in creating these very affordable (free!) videos. Now all I have to do is check my steps. Thanks, Rita
Yaaay to another 3000 sweaty steps under my belt today! I'll never give up, simply restart, reset and refocus as you're always encouraging us to do! Thank you Jules. Best wishes Annette 🎈
Did this one again today! It's one of my favorites. I'm not a great fan of the 15 seconds - sometimes it takes me a few seconds to catch the moves! But 20 seconds is a nice variety and I like the walking every other time. I know there's something coming up that I can do! I did a strength tape first and was looking for aerobics; this one was perfect. Thanks, Jules. You're keeping this 82 year old fogie moving!
Lol, I love your comment, Alice. Thanks so much for your feedback about the 15 sec vs 20 sec. I'll keep changing things up so there will always be choices:) Kudos to you for doing strength training as well...the combo will definitely keep you strong and fit in your 82nd year.💖💪
Thank you being you! ❤ I've recently found you and you've really helped me. I'm 62 and had bariatric surgery 2 years ago and keeping off the weight with your help 🎉
thank you so much for your videos. i started 6 months ago, struggling to finish the 15 minute workouts, and now can do the 30 minute videos with weights. i feel so much fitter and my walking has improved as well. i am 75, and appreciate all your exercises, and the different levels for our good and bad days. i wouldn't go to a gym, but now all i need is a good pair of shoes and away i go. thank you again from australia.
Hi Kerry! Thanks SO much for taking the time to send your message today. I love reading about how much stronger you have become in the past 6 months (and now able to do the intermediate level workouts, too!). 75 and getting stronger each day! LOVE IT!
Woah what a brilliant workout with such fun music! Jules I hope you realise how much we appreciate all the time and energy you put into these workouts to keep us all progressing on our fitness journey and to keep us moving. Many thanks.❤
I am so thankful for your comment, Margaret. I can't tell you how much it means, and how comments like yours motivates me to create more. Thank you!!!🫂
You’re videos are really, really great! I find that I get brain fog the days I don’t work out with you. Like some other commenters said, I love that you don’t have mindless chatter in these (walking) videos. Just groove to the music!
I laughed out loud with you a couple of times today when it took you a split second or two to get into the groove of the new move! I could see that it amused you too! We're only human after all! Lots of fun and day 2 seemed to go even quicker! Loved it! Thanks Jules. Annette x 🎈
Aw, thank you, Annette. I'm glad to read your comment. I had considered editing that part out but decided to leave it since I was sure my regular followers would support me, and laugh along with me. 🥰
That was incredible. You got me to do the whole thing by doing a tiny gaff move about 5 minutes before the end. Then the screen said, 'be proud' and I went for it. Those encouraging messages of yours really do wonders.
I love this one, goes by so quick and was able to jog in between the other movements. Thanks Jules your channel is a must to keep moving, I already feel I'm gaining strength.
I also did Leslie Sansone workouts for years. They would march so fast I would hurt my knees. I have arthritis In them. Your workouts are so much better for me. I get my walks in without pain❤️
I'm so glad to read that my workouts are working for you. Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'intermediate level' playlists.
I commented a month ago, and I can tell you I have gained strength and I have noticed I can stretch and my shoulders don't hurt, the range of movement has improved immensely, I can actually use my hair dryer without wincing! Brilliant. You don't realise how much you cease up if you don't move. Thanks again.
Hi Jules! I recently joined a gym. I find it hard to go though because I am so drawn to your workouts because of the peppy music and great variety of moves during your workouts. I loved this one!! You always brighten my day and I thank you so much!💕🥰
Aw, thank you so much for sharing that with me. The gym is great for strength training, especially with all the choices of cables, benches, various machines and so on. Hopefully you'll still come here for other workouts, but maximize your time at the gym with getting stronger.
that is a great little workout!!! I’m 67 … broke a good sweat, but lasted the whole way through, (although I did slow down about 8 minutes out! More Stretching!!!🎉
I felt strong today so after the 5-minute warm-up, I jogged during one of the 20-second walking intervals during every minute, until the 5-minute cool down. Sweating buckets...feeling GREAT!!!
Another great 'get off my butt and work off the weekend pizza' video! As well as some patting my head and rubbing my tummy moves thrown in to wake up my Monday brain 😀Thanks for always coming up with new, fun, inspiring, upbeat and energetic workouts every week! I soooooo appreciate it 🥰

This is fantastic! Thank you so much, Julie! I am in my early 50s and didn't realize my balance needed so much work. These exercises are more than just for our body. They get the brain working as well. Thank you again. I have been consistently doing your videos for over a month and am seeing great results already. I also really love that you dress modestly. ❤ I am not inspired by seeing skin or cleavage, no matter how well toned or gorgeous.
Hi Jules: Another amazing workout. I enjoy it. You make the best workout videos. I save every one of your videos. The one I love the best is 10,,000 steps workout. Have a great day and great week. 😅😅😅
Hi Jules: I have a question. Can you do an updated 30 day strength training challenge. Can this one have some "No Squats/No Lunges" workouts for legs in it. I just added the one you did a year ago to my monthly rotation for August. Thank you for your consideration!
How many favourites can I have? The list is getting so long! Just love the last few interval workouts, there is always one just the right length, and they are such fun to do. Thank you so much Jules 😊
I want to take time to thank you today, Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!! I start each day with you and I appreciate you soo soooo much!!!🫶✨🤟💗🌻💥 You're the bomb! 💣✨
I made it through to the last 2 min 30 seconds and stumbled over doing the push back leg lift. Got up moved the video back to 22;15 and finished it out. A few months ago I would have quit. I will do this one again tomorrow! Thanks Jules
I have peripheral artery disease and so walking is a prescription. The peppy music and variety of exercises are the perfect balance of challenging and fun. Also, it's much too hot to walk outside. Thank you!
This one was really great, just like last week's video! Someday, I'd love to see a 10,000-step workout that goes at this pace the entire way through. I've done the other 10,000-step ones, but there's a bunch of running to get to the step count. No matter how long the workout took, I'd love a steady one. Thanks for all that you do.
@@ImprovedHealth Yes, this format is great! I'm guessing it's not easy to make one with that many steps in this format, but it would be awesome. I really like all the motivational quotes in your videos-they always inspire me to keep going and do more!
Thank you! If you enjoyed this one, you can find like it under the 'intermediate level' playlists (I create 3 levels: gentle, beginner and intermediate).
I have a really hectic day coming up and this was such a great workout to get some cardio in first! The brainwork and 20 second intervals were great! Kept me on my toes 😂 Thank you so much Jules! ❤

Somehow I missed this one and so am trying it for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. Love the mix of things and the balance while still keeping our heart rates up and love the 20 second intervals. I have some issues with my knees so having the walking intervals alternating with the other moves makes it much easier on them. I would love to see more like this, maybe a little longer, like a 30 minutes. Thanks for another great workout🥰
Thank you for your great feedback. I've been hearing that from some others as well about the walk/different move/walk, making it easier on the knees. Thank you for sharing that with me.
I spent a couple of hours pulling weeds in the cool of the morning and had decided I didn’t need to work out. Then I remembered it’s Monday and clicked on just to see what was new. Ended up doing the whole thing and glad I did! Thanks, Jules. Loved this one!
Back on it today. Covid has gone. Couldn't wait to try this and it went so quick. Amazing playlist, fab exercises and boy I needed that today. I've lost a whole week of exercise so now catch up. This was great. I love a monday❤
I'm not a senior but I have several body pain. I'm happy ou have these slower workout that strengthen the whole body. a longer but less intense workout. can you do more chair workouts?
