1993-1996 I lived on this island, been in those rooms, been on those beaches. There was a English teacher by the name of Passiano when I was there, r.i.p., for those that know the story, I was the American kid that fell into Passiano's well. Go figure, a poor white kid from Tennessee got to experience their culture. Truly unforgettable.
