Don't transfer sunscreen. Sunscreen was formulated to be stable in its original container until use. It could lose effectivity or even become unusable as it tends to dry out and clump into big, dry chunks.
May i ask of its okay to transfer sunscreen out of 'empty' sunscreen package to a small bottle? I used about 1 x 75ml sunscreen bottle every month but after cutting it open, it has around 20ml left in the edges that I could not get even tho pressing it out multiple times. I cut them open and had roughly around 50ml from 2 'emptied' bottles.
I would be really carefully transferring sunscreen out of anything that isn’t it original packaging. When they formulate cosmetics, the preservatives are put in specifically in vehicles and quantities that are done with the packaging in mind. Moving things out of them increases the risk that the product can degrade, get bacteria etc. - especially with something as tricky to formulate as a sunscreen. Lab Muffin Beauty Science is a cosmetic chemist and has a great thing on this if you want more info. I didn’t know about not decanting until recently so I try to spread the word when I can.
Well it’s all carcinogenic so better to not use at all … and people wonder why they get skin cancer EVEN THOUGH they’ve always used sunblock. 🤦🏽♀️ smh
@@Magnabonum I refuse to buy from Temu, I don’t like their choice of labour, but thank you for letting me know. Even with that said though, $8 is still too much for something that can be achieved by pre-existing belongings. 😅
@seganaleqa I admire you for putting your $ where your mouth is by boycotting places where people are treated badly. Your point about refusing to buy something you don't need is refreshing as well--no matter WHERE it's from, these things eventually end up in a landfill or the ocean. Unfortunately, most of it comes from the same place we are trying to avoid. I wish we did more of our own manufacturing here. Thank you for making a firm, yet polite statement.
@@AmandaLovesOldFords hi, I have mobility issues! I use a towel bc why the hell would I pay 30 bucks for something [a towel or sheet] that I already have and can be used for a medley of other things?
I feel like “ to the window, to the wall” was a real missed opportunity lol 😂 Edit: For those of you that felt the need to correct me, I HEARD the echo! Calm down. I just wanted to hear more of the song. Sheesh!
That sunscreen applicator looks like it won't apply enough product, though - you need to use a fair bit of sunscreen to get the full SPF, certainly more than most people use. That's especially important for children. (That lamp looked neat, though)
@@UnhealthyMorganWallenObsession Yeah, I know, but I figure there might be someone reading the comments who could benefit from the reminder (unlikely, but not impossible).
Never transfer Sunscreen to other bottles. The packaging is made in a way to make sure its properly preserved and the components doesn't break down. Transferring it to other bottle is just a waste of product and not getting the correct protection.

"Re-applicte"... A word you really shouldn't think too hard about because just like with an action movie, the moment you do, you can't ignore the plot holes 😂
I use Milk Of Magnesia instead of spray deodorant (aluminum connected to causing Alzheimers) and that sunscreen applicator would be perfect to put on the substitute !
I’m a little concerned about shaking that child side to side like that. Unfortunately doing a search about shaking a child side to side yielded no answers but it can’t be good.
I think the video was sped up, but in general the child looked like they’re four or five so some bouncing from side to side, unless very vigorous and aggressive, wouldn’t hurt them. It is kinda concerning though that they felt the need to use their children as content
The laundry turtle is the only thing that won't help me. I just use a laundry basket. First I fold all my clothes right out of my dryer, then put them in my laundry basket and put them away. Actually, I don't have a dryer right now, just a clothesline and I fold them right off the line, put them in a basket, put them away
Everyone has already mentioned the sunscreen no-no, so I'm gong to just say that the laundry thing is pointless. You can do the same with a large towel or pillowcase for free.
This a f**king brilliant platform...I'm so tired of nose contouring videos...thank you so much because EVERYTHING you review is cool , necessary and helpful. 💗🐾
