Don't you usually have to call in advance for orders as large as 30 burgers? I'm guessing he didn't let them know in advance and that's why they didn't do it

Having worked at McDonald’s before. They would never make 30 burgers on the spot you would have to call in before cause it would hold up everything

yeah but what is the difference between calling it in and just sitting there? The only person actually inconvenienced is the customer who comes in and decides to wait 40 minutes to an hour for an order.

Yeah everywhere ive worked they would let you order as many as you want. Wouldnt turn down a customer cause they wanted a large amount of food. I dont call ahead to the dollar store if i decided to go in and buy shelves and shelves of goods for say a party of 300+ people. Unrealistic example but ny point is i dont call ahead, its part of their and my job, most places wont deny a customer especially when that one order would make them $200+ in one transaction. -Assistant manager of a fast food restaurant

munny moore When you call ahead, they can pull one or two workers from the mainline to get them made. That way, regular orders being put in can still be made quickly without delay.

Orlando here😂 y'alls reaction on Florida is so accurate! Our local rock station (found on iheart radio) WJRR has a morning segment called Flori-duhh where they tell all the lovely ridiculous stories of the Florida man.. I definitely think you should tune in or look up some of there shows on that bit. I've lived here my whole life and Florida man still amazes me🤦‍♀️

Years ago, me and a friend ordered 30 cheeseburgers each from McDonalds when they had a promotion on them for $1 each. Also our mutual friend was working the burger shift at like 2 in the morning so we all had a good laugh. But we're still monsters. And we still got our burgers.

Hey guys, so the first one about the 30 burgers is most likely because it was before lunch time so it was breakfast and they won't do anything but breakfast

Could also be that the person tried to order them in the Drive Thru and was told to place the order inside. An order of 30 burgers on Drive Thru would really mess up their timing stats.

@@davidaguirre2255 yeah I know I work at panda Express we get family fest thru the window a bunch it's not easy, but that's the job. It's not going to look great time wise if it only happens once. But will likely happen more often if you and your team can accomplish the task. And with it happening often enough your Gm isn't going to care about the 15-20 min time as much as the extra 100 bucks in the draw. It seems easy with Berger too. Unless u dont have grill space. I'm cooking 12- 18 lbs of chow main in 6 mins. With the essence of mercy my friend.

Arby's has one of the best milkshakes of all the fast food places. They have a Jamocha shake which is like a Mocha Coffee milkshake and its freaking delicious. And while I don't consider it a "fast food" place and more of a burger joint, 5 Guys has an amazing Salted Carmel milkshake too.

Large orders need to be ordered multiple days in advance; to allow for appropriate prep and logistics. This goes for literally *ANY* restaurant. Thirty double cheeseburgers is 60 total beef patties and would completely stymie service to each subsequent customer that followed him.
