Actually the ordering a pizza on 911 is an actual thing. It means the caller is usally in the same room as a person that's a threat to their safety usally an abuser or violent drunk. They aren't capable of calling 911 outright so they pretend they're ordering a pizza. Many 911 operators are already aware of this method and ask questions questions in a way that the person answering can still sound like they're ordering pizza.
DUDE! The pizza girl is actually in danger! She's trying to trick the person who is drunk and has a gun and she asked to order pizza but she calls the police to get you to get people there!
PikaLink91 She calles 911 pretending to order Pizza so the operator had her address so that could send help. It was a secret message. It happened in real life in a hostage situation
Japanese Game Devs:The Game’s Called”Panty Party”,&,You Play as Talking Panties Fighting Against Evil Talking Panties American Gamers Quoting Rerez:”Because Japan”
Look, we get it. this game is incredibly silly and stupid. we get that. but why not have some fun along the way? sure we could've chosen something less kinky than panties, but what's done is done. NOW GO SLICE THE SHIT OUT OF THE EVIL BRAINWASHING PANTIES
I’ve actually bought the one with the dog and the boy. It’s actually really good. It’s designed to be played like a runner where your constantly moving at high speeds and has a unique homing attack mechanic with the dog when you get to use him. It’s nothing groundbreaking but I wouldn’t call it a Mario clone Edit spelling
Yeah its based off a hostage situation basically some dad was drunk and holding some kids hostage starving and abusing his own children they could of die if the girl didint do that
If you enjoy management games 911 Operator is an excellent game. The calls get pretty serious and there is a lot of strategy involved. The pizza call, for example, was actually a hostage situation. I haven't played the Switch version but the one on Steam is usually on sale.
Elevator Zombies, and 911 Dispatch seem like they're just different experiences than the simple "fight bad guy as good guy" I'm honestly hoping you're exaggerating for comedic effect here.
4:58 i understand the confusion but sometimes when people are too scared that someone in another room might hurt them if they hear them calling 911, they might pretend to be calling someone else like a pizza place, this way their location is still given to the police without them at risk. This kind of stuff can be common in an abusive relationship of any kind.
About that 911operator call with the pizza: Calling 911 to order a pizza is a request for the police, usually in a situation where the person calling wants it to not be obvious, like a domestic abuse case or a kidnapping
4:57 the pizza phone call is actually been used in domestic abuse calls, where the woman didn’t want the man to know she was calling the police, so she pretended to order a pizza and give the 911 operator her address…
I have Kitten squad and 5 rounds were "Oh my god this game is like cucumber and pudding!" And after that, "You know what, this game is actually pretty good."
Oh cool I was looking for some weird games for my Switch... *Sees Panty Party* You know what, I’m good. I’ve had my limit of weirdness for the next century
To be honest I kind of wish I could see a Mario game where we see the Mario characters gain weight with 2D animation. It'd be really cute to see Mario chubby
You should play Senran Kagura Shenobi Reflections on the switch, I think you'll absolutely love the game. I mean it was even made with the joycon HD rumble in mind so it's pretty fun.
Dude the pizza lady is actually hostage situation. Its an actual thing in first response training. Ask if they know they're on 911, ask if they can't talk because they're with someone, etc. It's meant to fool the captor, and it sure as hell fooled you
Gotta Protectors: Amazon's Running Diet is just promotional content for the NES. It just advertises a Protect Me Knight game for the 3DS when you lose.
How does no one figure out that the pizza lady isn't ordering a pizza? She's clearly calling for police! She knows that you're a 911 operator. You very clearly answer with "911, what is your emergency?" and she responds to that with the pizza order. When you tell the lady "hey, this is the police, not a pizza place", she responds with "I know." and proceeds to once again state a pizza order and very clearly emphasizes her address. This is something someone will do when a person is nearby who will do physical harm to them if the person catch them calling the police.
Haha you found Protect me knight too, me and my roommate played that a ton on the 360. I really wish they would bring back the arcade store, so many gems i found.
