You wake up in your bed, faxed and confused. Your alarm clock is beeping nonstop, and the time is 5:43 AM. You look around the room, tugging your duvet. The door creaks open, catching you off guard. You can see a hunched figure with fur, that resembled a bear. In the blink of an eye, it moves step closer to you. You decide to cover yourself with your duvet, trying to convince yourself that this is a dream. It seemed like the “bear” was gone. You take the duvet off, and it was gone. You go back to sleep instead of getting out of bed and investigating.

Not going to lie, the design and puppeteering of "Bear" is genuinely really great work. He manages to be be very expressive for a full body costume with an animated face, and not be unconscionably creepy like most animatronics or puppets.

I don’t know what it was about Misery, but she was kinda cute- definitely influenced my taste in animated women. And not in a weird way- I mean that she helped develop my preferences when it came to female characters. Nothing…creepy.

The League of Ultimate Doom had different villains, including that cat one, and possibly Nightshade? Though my memory is fuzzy and the wiki (yes, that exists) is poorly maintained

Ruby Gloom was adorable as hell and I enjoyed it when I was a little. League of Super Evil was underated, I remembered watching it when it aired on Cartoon Network and it was pretty good. (Good times..) As for Bear In The Big Blue House, oh my god, I didn't remembered watching that show until I see the image of it and man, that show was part of my childhood... (Again, good times....if only I can go back in time or be little again...)

This video actually made me want to revisit ruby gloom and I've been slowly watching the series for the past month and it's been so enjoyable because it just makes me feel like a kid again and it's generally really comforting, despite not watching a ton of it as a kid though....it's just stuck to me. Well okay mainly just Ruby and Misery stuck in my head I forgot most of everyone else existed but whatever. point being thank you Adam Diamondbolt for randomly reminding me of this show I watched when I was like 6 or so
