These objects can deliberately take the forms of balloons or plastic bags and other common human objects to disguise their presence. This technique is called active camouflage technique and is used by some species of the animal kingdom, especially cephalopods. These things prefer to take the form of common balloons or plastic bags because a balloon or a plastic bag could be a common element to be found in the sky and would not arouse any suspicion, the resemblance to human objects is disarming, so most of the people will be skeptical to accept this reality. An example of this type can be found in The Debrief article about the UAP case photographed by a pilot of an F / A-18 fighter jet. Also in this case the object, both in shape and size, could have looked like a banal balloon (batman's balloon), leaving out the shape of the object we must take into account that it was located off the east coast of the United States at an altitude of 11 km and, as the pilot reported, the object was completely immobile and apparently unaffected by air currents. The presence of these objects / entities is constant in our atmosphere, they are almost always impossible to observe with the naked eye for great distances and because of the sunlight that masks most of the objects passing through the atmosphere. Another method consists in observing the sky constantly in the same place and at the same times, these objects seem to be attracted by those who practice skywatching frequently and as in this case and in others they voluntarily bend down to show themselves to skywatchers. These sightings are cataloged on the basis of the shape of the object but we must consider that the appearance they take does not reflect their true shape, indeed some of these objects change shape constantly, in some videos it is possible to notice the ease with which these things change shape. These "things" can also land and move on the ground, usually when there are no people around. Saw an identical object in the sky this year (2018) around June or July. Sitting in clear blue sky at approx 9am in the morning It was like a really bright "spec" looked tiny from ground level but obviously I could not verify it's size or distance. The only reference I had is l saw a passenger plane that was thousands of feet in the sky - and looked tiny . The bright "spec" disappeared as like a light instantly switching off - then reappeared after the plane went by. I watched the object for about 8 minutes in total. In that period it disappeared and re appeared 5-6 times as if switching on + off. It remained completely stationary as the clouds in the sky drifted by. This spec was so tiny that you could barely see it unless you focused your eyes into the exact are of the sky - so it was by luck that I just looked at that spot in the first place. Tried to Record it on my phone camera - but couldn't even get it in view - difficult as it was tiny from my viewpoint. My conclusions are. It was not a star - it did not move with the normal rotational orbit and remained completely stationary for 8 minutes. It was illuminated in a bright white light source that could switch on + off. It was just on the edge of visible range - as if to avoid detection. If it were closer to the earth / my viewpoint i believe much more witnesses would have seen it. Any sorry my account is not more spectacular - but it was almost identical in terms of look and behaviour to the object in this clip.
thank you for posting the video , doubtful of balloons yet more towards the sunlight glinting off a airplane , the airplane may have slightly tilted which would of shown two or more bright patches on the plane. thank you for keeping eyes to the skies.
