WEIRD things in BARCELONA & SPAIN that do not make sense... 🤪 (at all?) 

We just got back from Barcelona yesterday and stay at Hotel Arc La Rambla, a pretty convenient place to stay right at the center. I will say that Barcelona is fun city to visit but make sure you watch the petty crime like pickpocket but overall, I/we will visit Spain again in the future.

Extra tip about fines: don’t ride the bicycle with headphones. It’s a jolly 100 euro fine (learned the hard way😭)

The two surnames....your mother's and your father's...but then your children....which of the mother's surnames do they get (along with the father's name)?

The best thing about apellidos is when you have a single surname made of two words, like me, and people think it’s like 2 apellidos as usual 😖 Also fu*k that stupid NIE card. Spain doesn’t even allow to use the driver license as ID, which would really help me leave that flimsy piece of paper at home.

The tram is a street car? On the road, as opposed to the subway below ground? And there are buses as well? Amazing.

my gas guy used to be happy with me going to grab a photo as it was outside my windows, haha - such a wonderful place to live is Barcelona (and those damn flimsy green cards...)...and I miss Glovo 😞
