I'd imagine Nicole's parents would be good replacements for Lord X. Perhaps the lore behind that would be Nicole having nightmares about her terrible childhood and these twisted manifestations of her parents would lampoon how the show dropped the ball thinking "The Parents" could be a worthy successor to "The Choices". Heck, Cycles could be called Choices as the "Senicourts" pressure Nicole to make something of her life!

All the references I spotted: Mr. Robinson is a Muppet, which is why there is like, stuffing coming out of his eyes and head. I THINK Gumball is like his inner hate for Darwin cuz he thinks he stole Penny; in reality they are just friends. Idk about Tobias or Darwin, however. I think Darwin is based off of the grieving retake by VibingLeaf. However, I have no clue who is singing, however, I am speculating Penny.

Here's a backstory on how this happens So basically in the episode where Gumball fights Tobias on skateboards for Penny, Gumball loses his patience and temper, activating a hidden power within him similar to Penny's, except he's limited to changing into different forms of himself. After this, he spotted Tobias taking penny bu the hand and walking off with her. This enraged Gumball, morphing his body to represent Rage and Jealousy. He killed Tobias on the spot, gouging his eyes out. Darwin pulled on gumball's arm begging him to stop. Blinded by hia rage he knocked darwin off his feet and Darwin flew into a fence spike going through the back of his head. Darwin lost his color due to the sun drying his corpse. Gumball turned to penny who was acared shitless. She tried to run in which Gumball ran after her, but he was shot in the back by a shotgun held by mister Robinson. 'Get the hell off my property you blue furred bastard!' He screams as he took another shot at the giant flaming cat. Of course, Gumball didn't find it funny, so he knocked the shotgun out of Robinson's arms. Mr. Robinson, who was now petrified, started to flee, but Mr. Robinson wasn't all that fast due to his old age. Gumball nabbed him and gouged his eyes out as well, tearing oout bits of his stuffing until he became a lifeless husk. Gumball felt a string of power afte killing Robinson. The sky turned a blood red and the sun turned black, making for almost an eclipse look. In another Universe, Boyfriend had just defeated Xenophanes in his titular song, you can't run. Xeno gets mad and screams as usual making the screen go static and then to black. Boyfriend opened his eyes, expecting to be in Xenos forest where he would find the Souls of Tails, Knuckles and Eggman, instead he found himself in a neighborhood that looks like it has been abandoned for god knows how long. Boyfriend and Girlfriend both look at each other confused. 'This wasn't supposed to happen' the girlfriend said nervously. BF looked around the neighborhood, he couldn't help but feel overwhelmingly familiar about this place. 'Boop......' BF was about to tell girlfriend where they wereuntil they heard groans behind them. Bf and GF turn around to see three lifeless husks. This sight normally wouldn't phase BF as he's faced worse. But these husks were the corpses of the characters of his favorite childhood TV show. Darwin, Tobias, and Mr. Robinson. They groaned for help when out of nowhere Gumball appears looking sinister and not-so-amazing. BF held the mic up to gumball and the crazed cat gladly accepts with a sinister laugh. You should do a too slow and you can't run mix for T.A.W.O.G.
