About the storm glass : I bought a similar product on amazon a few years ago (knowing full well that it does not "predict" weather). It was a thing a few centuries ago (according to the paper found inside the box, at least mine had it) but it as been rapidly debunked as the only thing affecting the content was the temperature. I still love looking at the changes that sometimes happen (which is mostly a reminder to turn up the heat xD)
Did he actually say sharks aren't fish wtf. Sharks are fish. They lay eggs and have gills they are fish. Dolphins are mammals cause they breathe air and give birth to live young.
My biggest question is: Why was Matt targeted with these ads? At beginning of the video he said that he bought stuff that were advertised for him on IG. And IG ads are targeted to you based on your use of Meta platforms, the data they have collected about you of your internet use and searching etc... And these products were targeted to Mat based on those.
Thought it was interesting that all the pictures of the butt were women using it by the way. Almost as if the site knew exactly what they didn't want to show.
my goodness Instagram tries to sell you weird af stuff!! also I dont get the hype behind the Magic Spoon cereal at all...i tried the cocoa cereal...tasted like lightly cocoa flavored cardboard! most 'health' foods suck in general! bland bland bland bland!
You didn't get the hazmat suit for Greg The Zombie? I bought one of the Zombies over a year ago for my wife and she loves him! Really sad I missed Austin at the Overland Park Micro Center.
That's the problem with these "learn what you like" algorithms. It's good that they show you similar content to what you have already viewed and liked, but they take it _too far_ - removing more and more of the variety suggested to you, until you're stuck with the exact same type of content and ads being shoved into your face constantly. It's bad for variety, it's bad for other content providers/creators and it's _really terrible_ for causing echo-chambers where you never get to hear alternative ideas or opposing theories and/or views - and is a _large_ contributor and reinforcer of racist, homophobic, xenophobic and extremist communities and individual personal views.
THANK YOU MATT, Magic Spoon Cereal is god awful. It literally taste like cardboard or packaging foam. Only thing that was good about it was the box art and spoon.
It's overpriced hipster food, it feels like something that should be sold at whole foods. Anyone that would pay $10 a box for that deserves to be ripped off.
And geez of course it would have to be weird fart stuff. I guess that's better than the diaper stuff but not by a lot. I mean I'm not trying to kink shame it's just sometimes, yikes.
The price is what keeps most people away. $10 a box and you have to get four boxes and each box is only 7 oz. What complete rip off, and that's before we talk about the awful taste.
soooo.. if you know a product has bad reviews and doesn’t work why would you get it. everyone nowadays just buys anything as long as it’s cheap to get content. if it has bad reviews don’t bother!!! WHY BUY IT!??? u already know it’s gonna be bad. the cloud product specifically was ridiculous. then he even admitted it was reviewed badly. you think we’re all 8 and naive
All watching this show for this long has taught me is that Austin doesn't do his own shopping. He is constantly saying the cost of things that are way less than they actually are. A large box of cereal for 3 bucks? I mean maybe if you are buying the Malt-o-Meal or the Krogers Value knock off brands.
I'm sorry to people who like it but magic spoon is a complete rip off. $10 a piece 7 oz boxes that you are forced to get four of. Um no not a good deal sorry.
I’m only halfway through this video and so far it’s a lot worse than all your other videos you use to make life better videos and this is showing really bad products that are cringe. so far hope that last half the video gets a lot better.
I've got the cloud/weather stand, and it works great. You have to put it in a spot that can sense changes, near a window is best. People putting it in dark corners and complaining literally have no idea!
