The question about sitting on people is referring to being a waiter. "Sitting on tables" is synonymous with "Waiting on tables" think of it like a "Babysitter", they don't actually sit on babies, they just take care of them, that's how sitting is being used in this context. A restaurant manager could tell a waiter "go sit on your tables" and that means to check if anyone needs anything

7:14 i do not have a sense of smell since i was 3 and it can be weird especially when making sure you smell good because no one wants to ask someone if you stink. So i tend to put on to much deodorant and aftershave.

Prom: I was not allowed to go, despite being “good.” Of course, now I’d agree with mom’s decision. I was a 16-year-old senior with little experience who wanted to go with a 26-year-old I’d met at a friend’s party. I would not have let my girl go to prom under those circumstances, either. I was an Irish, catholic school girl who was best friends with an Italian girl. We didn’t do anything bad at any school event. We did senior skip day. 31 years later- we are still friends and have daughters the same age! It’s glorious!
