Perhaps interesting to lutenists: Prelude in d minor from the Harrach Manuscript (Schloss Rohrau; f. 35r). I continue to edge towards a historically inspired right-hand technique (e.g. Charles Mouton) playing with the little finger fairly close to the bridge. I am convinced that this brings us closer to the rhetorical possibilities of playing as described in the 17th & 18th centuries. 11-course lute by Michael Lowe (2017).
