Hi, Im a BEMS technician based on Malaysia. I just got a problem with this Welch Allyn Connex Spot. The error display is 'NIBP not functional 050504' where it cannot detect the NIBP function even I slot in the cuff. On the screen display at 'Home', there is no NIBP show over there, its only show the SpO2, Temperature, BMI, and Pain section. I already read the service manual for this problem, it stated there 'User EEPROM checksum error. Configuration data which can be set in the user's configuration menu was damaged or lost on NIBP' May I know the best solution to solve this problem ? Is it I need to change the NIBP Pump inside it or is there anyway round to solve this problem ? thank you
