Wow. Being a clinical psychologist, i loved the way anchor handled the topic of therapy. She maintained perfect balance - talking about mental health and need for therapy but most importantly not disrespecting arya for her choice of not going for therapy at that point.

Ever smiling Arya's tears in her eyes ,shows how much she valued that relationship

I was in such a relationship where he stopped investing in me but was still in a relationship with me. He had time for everything except talking to me, but still we were in relationship, i was like why do you behave like this, i was feeling I'm less, I'm not enough, etc. then one day i realised he is investing too much time to his girl bestfriend. Then i realised why am i doing this, this has been happening many times. He was not even ending the relationship, was giving me hope like still we are in the same place and all. Then one day i texted him and ended over a text. And blocked. I went to depressed kind of state. I realised he's still happy not even guilty, why am i going through this. Why should i? Then i had a rise, started loving myself. I felt I'm enough!

I tried to learn about this when I understood i am ghosting people in my life and it's wrong..അതിനെ കുറിച്ച പഠിച്ചു..ഇനിയൊരിക്കലും ആരെയും ജീവിതത്തിൽ കാരണം പറയാതെ അവരുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ നിന്നും അപ്രതിക്ഷം ആവില്ല..insha allah😊
