I think the East should implement and enforce driving regulations on our roads.. all road signs should be marked and followed, and drivers should know the meaning of roads signs as well.
There’s definitely urgent need for traffic laws. People are recklessly parking their cars on the road and some uncivilized people are walking on the road. These are hazards that can cause major accidents. The road project does not look completed, there’re some areas that are marked while others are not.

That former Ahia Beach needs to be reclaimed and rebuilt as a multistory mall like was done at Ariaria. The fountain is not necessary, given it's spilling unto the road and can cause corrosion on all the surfaces. The roundabout needs to be well-rounded. Club Road, Bank Road, and Library Road need some work.
There should be pedestrian bridges on this road to avoid vehicles knocking down people who may try to cross the road to the other side to see their kits and kins

what is going on? who are these contractors doing unfinish unprofessional jobs? look around the water fountain... the job is very untidy ..., what's going on? And Who is signing off on all these unfinished projects? Why would the governor commission this without a proper quality control checklist ticked? even the edge of the road (curve) beside the fountain is already ruined and this is supposed the be a new project? am really pissed off and am not happy. The commissional of works is not doing his or her job at all! They are going to mess the Governor up if care is not taken.
I live in Umuahia and I drove through this route last week. The construction is still going on from the fountain area through the bank road and towards the old government house. They are still demolishing houses and fences around the area. So it has not been completed.
Traffic lights 🚥 🚥 should be on every major road by now coordinating the traffic. The strength of the water fountain ⛲ should be reduced so the water doesn't overflow onto the roads.
The road looks OK, but building owners have to be forced to do landscaping in front of their properties. I saw a parking lot with a few tankers but it was covered with mud instead of being cemented or asphalted. That is terrible. What's gonna happen is that the tankera are going to pickup those muds and. Deposit them on the road. Like I have said numerous times, you guys don't know how to do anything.
