Is there any way of linking a trigger question to a URL, so that when the user clicks the question, they are automatically redirected to a new website instead of a response with a URL attached?

How to live it for customer to interact? At present, when a customer fills out the pre-chat form, they are required to wait for a human agent to join the chat. It would be more efficient if the customer could interact with an AI assistant first.
