Some of the rules and settings:
- play as realistically as possible
- 7 day seasons ( 1 week IRL equals 1 month in game)
- loans with interest
- avoid leasing equipment if it can be borrowed/leased from other farms
- focus on across farm economy
- no field flipping
- no contracts
