Camposol Sector C Spain.
This is a brief introduction to Camposol, huge area broken into 4 sectors. In this the third video, we are looking at sector C. It’s split into two parts, lower and upper. This also has the Club House (Camposol Golf) and the Hotel (while filming this video, we are still waiting for the owners to open. Bought by the new owners in 2018).
It’s a mixed community and has so much to offer.
Location: Camposol Sector C Mazarron Murcia Spain.
Edit Software: iMovie.
Camera Equipment: GoPro Black 7, DJI Osmo Pocket, 700D Canon camera, Panasonic HC-VX870 Camcorder & Tripod.
Music: Arp Bounce & Brazil Samba - RU-vid Audio Library.

Hi Shaun - thanks for the look round the two Monsora developments on Lower C - just a small correction - there is a community pool on both the Monsora communities - in fact at 4.40 you drove past the low wall surrounding the pool on your left just as you turned right. In both the communities there is a charge for the pool, the lights and keeping the place tidy. We've had our villa on Calle Retama for about a year - loving it.

Awww brings back good memories.... stayed on lower c earlier this year. In fact you drove past the villa we stayed at in the private sector. Only 5 min walk to golf club. 👍

Every time you show a bit more of Camposol I am amazed at how big it is. It must be as big as many of the towns around me put together. Do you know roughly how many people live on Camposol?

Thank you John, one more Sector to go! It's a 5 mile radius, just under 5,000 villas some holiday homes, rental and last time they did a check, just over 3,000 owners. It's big as the nearest town Mazarron and long last we have a councilor. Many thanks for watching and have a great week :)

Thank you Nic, 1996 was the year they started building property on Sector A and not sure when they finished on D. It's big as any town in the area. I think from the air, it's a 5 mile radius. Glad you enjoyed the tour. Many thanks for watching and have a great weekend :)

Reminds me of Milton Keynes in the 1970s to 1970s or sub divisions in kissimmee, Florida all became concrete jungles

Hi Shaun, I have been looking at some 3 Bed 2 Bath Villas on C10. From the streetview on google it looks as though these are all empty - is this still the case ?

Sorry John, I live on A and don't forget the Google Street view is not up to date. Best bet is to visit and have a look yourself to make sure it's for you. Good luck in your search - thanks for watching the video :)

Great video Shaun. I heard that not all the street lights work on C & D, is that correct? If that is the case, do you know why? I think I'd still prefer to live on sector A. Keep them coming...

I thought when you were going about upper C you would have shown the first row of villa's that are falling down, called the ( slippery slope )

@ Shaun think with your videos are positive and informative for everyone to watch. To see the negative and Camposol embarrassment of what the building contractors created is there shame what they left behind after they were fired and think it correct you left it out.
