It's so great to finally see Satoru Gojo animated. He is one of my favorite Shonen characters ever. Not only is he insanely broken (you'll find out why later) but he has a very likable personality.
@@iqnegative3615 Exactly. He has more to his character than just being broken. That's actually why I don't enjoy characters like Saitama and Goku. Outside of being strong, they really don't have much going for themselves.
So far they the anime adaptation hasn't skipped anything. they've changed a couple of things like starting ep 1 with beginning of chapter 2, the scene at Yuji's home in ep 1 was anime only and the scene with Yuji and his grandfather's ashes wasn't shown. That conversation happened on a bench outside of the cremation place. Small changes but I'll they all hit harder than the manga version and bring more detail
It’s because shonen jump does not want them to fuck this up or rush anything. They want jujutsu kaisen to be up there w my hero and be the next big thing. And the crazy thing is is that it really is the next big thing in terms of manga. Def top 3 new gen
@@RichieTheDreamer goh was crunchyroll fault they asked them to adapt 107chaps in fuckin 13 eps and goh author managed it what should get adapted.... So mappa agreed on animating goh .... pardon my Grammar...
@@RichieTheDreamer pretty sure that shonen jump has nothing to do with it. Mappa is just a great studio and with good directors and the source material being good as well the show is most likely going to turn out just fine.
Never thought I’d hear an anime character mention the name Jennifer Lawrence ^^ so far I’m loving this show ^^ Also i find it really funny that both Itadori and Nasa (MC of tonikawa) are voiced by the same VA xD
@@CK-wv5hg No way man! Sure he is as Op as Kakashi was but only Urahara can make jokes about something as serious as execution and keep the mood light during an actual battle going on. Kakashi sure as hell would not have taken all those snaps of Fushiguuro's face.
It’s Jennifer Lawrence not Jennifer Lopez, the guy who translated it as Jennifer Lopez admitted that he made a mistake with the translation because the Kanji are so similar and he wasn’t paying close enough attention
of course MAPPA is basically second backup studio by MADHOUSE same founder established on 2011 and mostly staff already moved to MAPPA since MADHOUSE have issues..
Me too, follow them from their first Anime, Kids on the Slope, i have been their fans. Some anime like Zankyou no Terror, Garo, Shoukoku no Altair, Inuyashiki, , Shingeki mo Bahamut, Yuri!!! on Ice, Banana Fish, Kakegurui, Dororo, Dorohedoro, The God of highschool, and the Jujutsu Kaisen ans AoT they are getting better and better.
If only they would be more careful about taking too many projects They shouldn't have picked AoT, the animators will be overworked as all hell just to produce a mediocre adaptation because of the bad schedules
@@rosietales Well, the schedule seems to be similar or even worse than season 3 part 2 and WIT's team at least was used to the designs and overall production for AOT, with a new team, you can't really expect much, there are no Arifumi Imai or Sung Hoo Park to save the day either Like literally the Producer recently said in an interview that ALL of the other studios refused AOT S4 because of the tight schedule of the production and wanted to pass it off like MAPPA taking it was a positive thing, like they were the only ones "up to the challenge" I swear this rotten industry (japanese animation industry) doesn't deserve the artists they have
"Mappa is a good studio" Yeah, everyone who watch this show knows how good Mappa is. The fact that they did a lot CGI for AoT, is because they just had a little time to do it. If only they had more time to do that, AoT Final Season would be flawless. But they did a good job thou, that was a great challenge
@@danvermachon4541 Guess that's just what happens when you make a character that you don't like, and it becomes popular and overrated. And when you think about it, the creator has the right to do whatever he wants with the characters, and if there's a character that he doesn't like, it becomes popular and he's requested to have this character be in more chapters than it needs to be in, then he can just kill off that character so that he can move on with the story.

Mappa has also done Dororo and Dorohedoro. They usually kill it when it comes to animation. Plus we are getting a full 2 cour season. 24 episodes of madness. Prepare to see Yuji have the worst time ever.

rewatching this fight after recent episodes hits so differently once you understand Sukuna and Gojo's abilities. Sukuna realised what Gojo's abilities were. only after a few seconds fight. He thought they only worked on physical attacks so he immediately uses cursed energy only to be surprised it also didnt work

Well the average person still doesn't know after the season is over. The average anime fan will see the amazing output and still think the studio is good. It's only people like us who look into the industry that know or even care. Mappa knows this which is why they won't improve
I guess you could say Madhouse pissed them off as that’s where the staff who formed Mappa came from.(although some of those key people have also left Mappa since then)
The anime adaptation is coming out hard right now. It’s literally perfect. Can’t wait to see the shibuya incident arc (the current arc in the manga ) animated cause shit gets so wild
MAPPA has done A LOT of successful anime: Banana Fish, Dororo, Yuri on Ice, GOH, Zombieland Saga, Inuyashiki, Sarazanmai, Dorohedoro, ect so it's a wonder why anyone ever says they hope they do AOT season 4 justice cause no doubt they will.
Just a heads-up about the final season of Attack on Titan. The reason why God of High School and Jujutsu Kaisen both look great when it comes to action animation is mainly because they share the same director, Park, who's known for his dynamic action animation. Attack on Titan's not going to be directed by him unfortunately. It should be solid regardless though (and the person responsible for series composition/scriptwriting for JJK and Vinland Saga is working on the final season, so pacing-wise, it should be perfect.)
Just to bring to your attention why mappa goes so hard, they're ex madhouse, founded by one of the founding members of madhouse(even though he left the studio) They've got a alot of talent there
about that whole girl crying and feeling bad about having opened up for the finger situation that so many people or atleast reactors seem to be all thats what happen when you do stupid shit about i kinda feel like most people forget that.....curses are not supposed to be seen by normal people aka most people probably dont believe in this kinda stuff the same way we do even if they are an occult club they have never seen this sort of stuff anyway so i feel like they deserve atleast a bit of slack for not realizing what hey are about to do
Studio Mappa is on a roll, first with Dororo, God of High School (trash adaptation but the animation was on point), this anime and ending it with attack on titan
