Bianca I have a question! How have you seen dancers work through their body dismorphia? I struggle alot with it. I'm at the studio 10+ hours a week and exercise about another 4 hours a week. I am like 173lbs so I am over whight. But I just struggle so much not to compare my self to the other girls.

You’re over “whight?” 😂 Fyi, body dysmorphia usually means someone obsesses about an aspect of their body that is actually just fine and no one else sees a problem with it. But being over “whight” to the tune of being 173 pounds for a female _IS_ actually a real health problem (it’s not a psychological issue), and it can be solved easily through diet. Stop eating badly, and you’ll drop the “whight,” and then feel good about yourself. It’s that simple. Ever seen an overweight vegetarian or vegan? They are so rare, they are like unicorns. And they live on average a decade longer than meat-eaters too. There’s your answer.
