We call our home the Provo zoo because the neighborhood kids come help us feed the animals a couple times a week. This has become a fun part of our community and it’s allowed us to expand and double down on the fun environment we’ve created for our family and our creatures.
I will be documenting us feeding these creatures and each time will be a little bit different because some of the critters don’t come out and we’ll feed them different things and teach you a little bit more each time

We have a 4000 gallon Koi pond with about 30 Koi that runs a bioactive filter
We have a small greenhouse connected to our home where we propagate plants and grow some stuff that doesn’t normally survive in our climate
We have an endangered desert Tortoise adopted from the DNR because she needed a new home and we are glad to be that new home for her.
We have a male golden pheasant named Rufio and several special breeds of pigeons and chickens.
We’ve adopted some stray bunnies from the neighborhood
Inside we have a baby Sada Tortoise that someone found out by the lake. We have an African pixie frog named Dante. We have your mastics and crocodile skinks and bearded dragons and crested geckos and geckos and belly toes and dart frogs and marbled and Eastern musk turtles, and so much more.
