We’ve created a vibrant and inspiring space for staff and clients in our new China JLL HQ in Shanghai. Applying smart technology and activity-based working principles, the new office is inspiring collaboration and innovation.
With elements of energy and sustainability like green walls, reclaimed timbers and an air-filtration system; and health and wellness aspects like an in-house gym and a café offering only health food, the space is on its way to achieve LEED v4 Platinum and WELL Platinum. In addition, the space is functional and open, with a beautiful aesthetic and will continue to help us attract great talent.
