Love the v blog! I feel you are in your element when you are filming the table and gives you an edge! Love the strategy with building your brand and increasing accountability + learning with the reflections. keep it up please, big fan!
I live vicariously through these vlogs man. They also ramp up the enthusiasm for pokert!! Reminds me of that time growing up in Toronto and every late fall, the ski show and the Warren Miller ski films would ramp us all up to go skiing. Same thing happening here! Next summer Vegas. Next winter Bahamas!! Lets go!
Daniel is back on the Vlog, beautiful! Good luck and have fun in the Bahamas! Superb Day 1 Vlog as usual; I loved the village setting and the Christmas trees, good job Amanda! Thank you, friend, excellent work! Go get 'em - I know you will!🤑
Thank God you vlog your tournaments and how much of a roller-coaster these can get, cause I feel those run outs quite often and always think it's just me and the way I play, but watching you take the same suck outs and run outs makes me feel like I'm doing OK and it's just part of the game/journey.
Early Holiday Present!!! Love the new place, DNegs! Amanda looks great as always and doesn't put up with your Canadian Crap, LOL! (Knapsack, really?) I've always wanted to go to Atlantis, so this way, I get a Travel log, thanks, Daniel! My condolences on the Bad Beats, but it's only Day 1! You'll come back, I know it! Can't wait for Day 2!
Daniel I really appreciate the time you take to capture what it’s like to play these events as an aspiring poker player who hopes to be able to play these events one day it helps with motivation and visualization. All the best to you and hope you run good this trip. 😁
Super happy the vlog is back for a couple weeks. Christmas came early! For your guess the hand, I think you had B. Looking forward to the next episode.
11:02 In North Western Ontario, when I was kid (1970's) "PACKSACK" was a bit more commonly used than "knapsack," but were interchangeable. "Backpack" was sometimes used but to a lesser degree at the time. They were not as common as a carrying vessel as they are now. "Backpacks" in general were bigger, expensive, primarily made for hiking and not very stylish in the 60s, 70s and early 80's so they were not used much for going to school with until they were made smaller and more stylish in the 1990's. And when I was in high school (early 1980's) everyone had sports bags with a single shoulder strap for their books and stuff. Also commonly referred to as "Adidas Bags" even if they were another brand since Adidas was kind of the "Kleenex" of sports bags at the time. That's how I remember it. DNegs is from Southern Ontario and I believe that "knapsack" was definitely more common there.
As a boy at"Camp Hav-um-fun"(catchy🙄), they have us bags w/ a pull string and we were told it was called a knapsack. Hadn't heard that word in a long time. I thought of googling it, but got lazy, and instead added no insight, just a story.
Always enjoy the Vlogs! Fav part was the golf! "I can do better than that, I can do bettter than that, I can do....never mind thats pretty good." lol p.s. I agree with Amanda🤔
Excited the Vlog is back! Lake Las Vegas is a very nice area! Congrats to you two on the new house! Best of luck DNegs! You and Amanda have an amazing time! 🎉 Hopefully next year I can make it out there! My answer to hand is B AQcc
In the UK we call it a Rucksack... Rucksack is originally a German word, from the Alpine-German dialect word Rück, "the back," and Sack, "large bag." 🙂 The word 'backpack' doesn't start to appear in print until around 1910 but 'Knapsack', from the German word knapp, meaning food, has been in use since 1603. By the end of the Nineteenth Century, 'rucksack', from the German for 'back', was the preferred usage. 🙂
LOL I love the unbridled excitement! Congrats to you both on the spectacular new house Daniel! LOL My mother and step-father added an elevator when they built a beach house and absolutely loved it! Theirs went down to their cars though, so convenient for groceries and luggage! Now to win a couple bracelets in the Bahamas! Losses Go DNegs!
@@dnegspoker What vegan stuff did you find in the supermarket? We are coming end of the week and are a bit nervous, do you have any supermarket and restaurant tips for vegans please?
