I don't think there's any awkward chemistry in the group (Sua and Handong are polar opposites and they can have fun together) but this trio is a particularly good example of group chemistry.
Probably because they have a lot of Extrovert (Siyeon, JiU, SuA, Gahyeon) and the introvert line (Handong, Dami, Yoohyeon) are really closed to each other
I think that's also why they are able to perform covers in many different kinds of subunits. Every combination has already happened (by this I mean that it doesn't have to be a duo, but they have to be from the same subunit). Edit: Dami and Handong did have a unit performance together, it was during the 1st Insomnia fanmeeting back in 2019. They covered IU's Jam Jam.

Maybe in the past, not now. For Handong, maybe they counted the time when she was studying theater? She was only a trainee for ~6 months, after all. I honestly thought Dami would've taken acting classes before because she initially wanted to become an actress and even showed up in God of Music S1 before joining Minx.
