Love this pattern. Quick question: Do we choose if we want to use light weight or heavy weight interface? Or do we need 1 of light AND heavyweight?

For the ears - You need one lightweight and one heavyweight- you can pick which heavyweight you use. Peltex holds up better but fusible fleece is easier to work with. You do need fusible fleece for the lining.
