Hmmm okay surgeons are great but your administrative staff are NOT ORGANIZED. Screwed up my surgery schedule the day of my surgery. No phone call, nothing. Not acceptable. Surgeon was great but everything else was uncoordinated. Make sure you have an advocate with you.
