Thanks bhai.... Actually got out of Track since last 15 to 20 days... And i was quite in need of some motivation.... I already lost around 15 kg in 5 months and also added a decent amount of muscle not adequate but enough... And my goal is to loose more 5 kg and gain muscle mass in the same time as a beginner my body is going through body recomposition...So i hope for best and all the best for your journey..
