Well that was very nice, and I for one fully agree with this assessment. Right now, it’s Sinner and Carlos trading blows for the #1 spot and Sinner has rightfully taken the crown with his astounding run on the tail end of last year up until now including his first major and a Davis Cup win!!! All I hope for now is to see Novak and Daniil regain their vigor as well as Zverev so we can see a bigger and more exciting competition. And I so loved Andre’s words, he has such a way with them. “If the universe had a tennis tournament, Earth would pick you”… So beautiful🤩

So nice to hear that. Tennis is in very good hands with Alcaraz (did he also have such videos?) and you. As a Swiss who likes the Italians, our neighbours, as well as the Spanish (personally more) very much, I don't begrudge you this as a young, very disciplined and calm person who was brought up well. But also very much Italy. Similar to Spain, you southerners are simply super and likeable, we (certainly Switzerland, except possibly the Italian part of it) can learn a lot from you. Thank you for everything & good luck etc. And onwards. As a more recent tennis fan, I don't know many of the people in the video, but it's nice to see the familiar faces. For example, I think Daniil is a great guy and I'd like to see him - ah was he ever in the video? - to be number 1, because I like him a lot (and just because he's Russian doesn't mean that's a bad thing, the war is Putin's war). Hope he wins another tournament, even though I'm personally in favour of Alcaraz. I'd also like to see Zverev (who generally doesn't like German very much) win, but not as much as the rest, but he fought well against Alcaraz in RG and came close. And I've heard that he's now also been cleared of the abuse allegations and found not guilty. Tennis is simply a great sport with great people - Nadal is certainly very proud too - and who knows, maybe you'll follow in his footsteps? I would also like to see Rublev - if he is a bit calmer/more balanced. As I said - the tennis fans (there are always exceptions) are great & so are the players (exception: Moutet for sure lol). Thank you all.

For all those who, instead of paying attention to those who congratulated, went to check who was missing among the ex no.1s, I say that these things must be spontaneous, voluntary (in the sense that whoever wants does it), they must not be obligatory, if one does not do it, there is no need to give it any particular meaning, other than the fact that some of them, for example Alcaraz, had complimented him directly or via one of the social networks.

How wonderful and moving❤ was there a congrats video done for Carlos? I would love to see it. Also curious that Rafa and Novak weren’t in this video.
