SEATTLE TRIP SERIES 2023 - Day 7 Episode 8
It is time for our most favorite day of our Seattle Adventure...A full day at the Pike Place Market trying all the delicious foods. Our favorite stops of the day are Piroshky Piroshky for some delicious savory pastries; Le Panier for some fantastic croissants and Macarons; Beecher's Handmade Cheese for the best Mac N Cheese around (caught some cheese making as well); Pike Place Chowder for some awesome tasting Clam & Seafood Chowders; and some additional stops at Mee Sum Pastry for some Chinese type dim sum, Market Grill for some Blackened Salmon Sandwich, and Michou Deli for a delicious roast beef sandwich. We also found some wonderful apple cider. Post Alley is great place to visit at the Pike as well. We took some time to enjoy the market as well. So many things from which to choose. Such a fantastic day. Finished the day with a stop at the Amazon Center. Visited the Amazon Spheres, Amazon Go Market (spent a little money), and had dinner at the Marination restaurant (Hawaiian Korean Food). It was delicious. Also enjoyed our views from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Such a great hotel. Awesome day in Seattle. A great way to end our Seattle Trip.
Next Up: Time to head back home, but first we need to make some stops along the way. We are heading to the Columbia River Gorge, Multnomah Falls and other waterfalls along the way. Ending our day in Bend Oregon with a visit to last Blockbuster on Earth, and the most delicious Thai Dinner ever.
