'Welcome To Tijuana' focusses on migration issues in and outside the Mexican border town Tijuana - a city rooted in old and modern Mexican culture, embossed by McDonalds and Mariachi.
Unfortunately not many of these issues have significantly changed since 2008. In fact, the general misery of the migrants got much worse.
