I traveled to Wales in September 2020 and cycled 400km from Cardiff to Anglesey.
It is the first video of the Welsh discovery series which will contain interviews with local producers introducing rare Welsh ingredients and Vlogs documenting my trip.

Went to visit family in Dec 2021 and Jan 2022 in Ferndale. I fell in love with Wales. Its beautiful and the cleanliness is awe inspiring. And not to mention the quality of your tap water. I'll be back.....
