I mentioned in another video that I live in south Florida but I’m from Buffalo NY so I know how long winters can be and yes one can get very depressed! I always think creative people are usually empaths and absorb our environments and other peoples feelings etc… That being said I think we can get more depressed during those times, just my opinion. But working hard to bring light into the dark days is a great mood booster and any sign of spring can do wonders during those dark days. 😊😊😊🌻🌼❤️
I grew up in places with tropical climate so when I first moved to NYC 10 years ago, I experienced S.A.D for the first time! It took some time to get adjusted, but I really love living in a place where I can experience the 4 seasons!… and I couldn’t agree more about creative people! I can relate 100%!!
Oh I miss having 4 seasons more than anything! I go back home in the summer and def in the fall and then again in Jan/Feb to visit my family and experience all the seasons! 😊😊😊😊😊
