@HT_FAB but you have reversed wheels so you should have put the locking ring on the inside. Look at the valley, how its so much closer to the inside bead. Thats where the tire is going to come off.

RU-vid won't let me put a link in my reply apparently... I had to look up what a reverse mount wheel was to fully understand this reply, once you see a front vs rear mount wheel, the comment makes sense. I would have made the same mistake myself, thanks a ton, I now know to select a proper wheel before welding a kit on like this, if I want the lock to go outboard.

I can’t remember exactly the width of my wheels but it definitely didn’t add 1.5”. was worth the investment IMO

3/16” inner plate 1/4” outer. 3/8 hardware

Just not designed to be done that way I guess. You would most likely damage the nyloc nuts anyways if you welded them.

I believe they are 1.5 i’ll have to check

Not sure if this style rock ring would clear the brakes? But im sure something could be made for that application.
