Do I need a camper? I would love to come up when I graduate from welding school next semester. And I’m no slouch. I won’t let you guys down. I’m willing to put the work in to get into O & G. I can already do the open root with tig or stick and all that jazz. Just need to learn all the non welding skills involved

This is funny you are looking for elite "helpers"?? If y'all have the skills you should start your own welding business. If you are motivated and hard working you will do great. Even if you have to start with a cheap 3 or 400 dollar welder and some cheap harbor freight tools working on the side until you start making it. You will be successful in anything if you put the effort in.
