My DIY welding table / workbench got some upgrades! I'll go over the clamping grid/holes, slide outs, plasma cutting insert, Ikea tool cabinet mod, as well as the general dimensions of the main components to the welding table. Hopefully this will answer some of the many questions i'm often asked about the table! But if not... please let me know if you have any more :)

I bought this for my friend for his birthday as we just moved into a new house and he finally has room for a workshop. The bench was very easy to set up ru-vid.comUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh They center support is a little difficult to snap in and out of place at first but at least then we know the bench is secure. It was a pleasant surprise when we saw it came with clamps. I apparently missed that in the description. My friend loves the versatility of the bench. Great starter bench for his workshop and easily transportable all over our property. I wish the bench was a little taller but the other features of the bench more than make up for that.

It is absolutely incredible... There are lots of videos concerning welding and welding tables and stuff like that, but I found this one is the most interesting, detailed and practicle one of all. Thank you, I've got the inspiration needed.

I've been following your page for at least a year or two. I recently purchased a miller maxstar 161 and was looking to build a welding table... you have the coolest design for a welding table I've seen yet. Gonna try to build one myself thanks for the inspiration / direction.

Having searched and asked to the brink of impropriety for the dimensions of other builder's framework bars, I succeeded eventually. But You made it so much easier here by taking the time to just state it. I´ll even go a little smaller on my dimensions. Thank You!

Hey man. You need to put that design into mass production . That is a winning formula right there. .. That shit would retail at 4,000 bucks a unit. all day long.. Maybe more.. Kudos . Great table to begin with and interesting upgrades. The engineering, welds, fit and finish look great from where I'm sitting. The video quality and presentation top notch. With all that said I gotta tell you the first 4 seconds where you are smoking the pipe and mig welding without looking was like a boss.

Excellent upgrades Joe. Part of the advantages of doing it yourself is that you can usually modify to better suit your needs down the line without too much hassle.

Like the way you've dovetailed your metal saws into the working of the table. Making good, square cuts is much easier with a larger working surface.

Awesome table, thank you for the share.....any welder needs a solid/level table, and be as versatile as the one you built......I’ve welded in some hitch tube in order to slide in and out vises, grinders, and anything that can be mounted to a 2” tube and slide into a hitch tube, just a share...thank you✌🏻✌🏻

I really like your enhancements. I need to incorporate some of your ideas for the table I use with my everlast equipment. I especially like the slide outs and that plasma cutting section would be great for my powerplasma cutter.

Gday from Downunder, Great Welding Bench Joe. I have watched the Video over and over, and have decided to give it a go. Have ordered the Top Plate, with Holes, as well as all the other materials needed. Thanks Marc! I'll give you the run down... 1- table holes on top 2- tool cabinet 3- mini plasma table insert 4- front slide out 5 - rubber stops on the leveling feet (haha... very simple one, but still an upgrade ;)
