Welding the Tunnel - The Flexus Episode 2 - Ford Focus V8 Project Car Build 

Anyone who appreciates Project Binky is a friend of mine. It's great to see people using that build as an inspiration for their own crazy car journey. This is going to be a mad beast when you're done with it.

You can always use a hammer to imprint the bottom of the botom transmission tunnel pattern into the cardboard and just trace the top?

James did you brace the shell in any way before cutting the tunnel out?
