The pinky roses are beautiful. ~ The arbor is awesome. ~Biscuit is so beautiful, and all the cats are, and she loves you and I can tell she gets lots of love and they all do ~ Dee Dee is so cute what a sweet dog. The nest is huge.

Brooke, you've done a terrific job providing all the materials for the nest. You've tried to keep predators away, you tacked up chicken wire for them to make a nest in. My goodness, you have done it all. Mother Nature laughs, but there will be another egg! ❤

I have two questions Brooke. No. 1: Do you ever let DeeDee just "find" an egg? Seems like it would make her happy. 😄 No. 2: Can Jason put some sort of panel or something over the nest area so the rain, etc. won't be falling right on the nest? You and Jason simply make my day over and over again. You are so empathetic, sympathetic and caring. Such truly good people.

Great update on all the birds Brooke !! Your plan didn’t backfire.. you did give them new materials to build with . Can you not put a piece of tin over the nest to shelter from the rain? It may not be possible, just a thought ! DD is living the life and enjoying it very much . Thank You Brooke, MaryCarl and Jason for always taking care and concern for the animals !
