Autism spectrum disorder affects about 1 in 36 children and over 5 million adults in the U.S. While ASD is a well-known disorder, there are a variety of behaviors associated with the condition that many may not be aware of. Additionally, there are many stigmas around ASD that impact an individual’s day-to-day life.
