Can we apply the cement to a certain point inside the production casing or is it necessary to apply the cement to the end of the casing? If we can apply the cement to a certain depth .like I will just pump the cement to 100 m depth and close the well what the process and equipment we can use?

I'm going plug this and move and build 11 miles away I mean it's coming up out the ground to shallow to continue
