I thought they wrapped the floors that had the dynamite?? It's a two phase process. First, they use Munro-effect high explosives, in copper tubes, to cut up the steel-going from the bottom to the top. Then, about ten seconds later, they "shoot" dynamite drilled into the concrete columns, on maybe two lower floors, and another one closer to the top. This is timed in a horizontal direction, so the building falls over into a vacant lot, or parking lot. I'm sure, at least, that the columns were wrapped on the floors that had the dynamite.
