I love that you talk openly about going to therapy, since it can be hard for people to ask for/accept help. I have gone to therapy for 9 years, and it has helped me in ways nothing else can! So if anyone here is scared of therapy, don't be! Yes, it's tough and it will bring out emotions you are scared to feel, but it's so so good for you and you understand yourself so much more when a professional helps you. It's the best thing I've done for my health and wellbeing. Also, loved the vlog as always!!

I love the lighter Lululemon colors but I sweat so much when working out or walking in the summer so I usually just wear black Lulu shorts. 🥵 Do you sweat in the lighter colors and just not care that it shows?
i never have the issue of buying and paying for memberships i don't use. if i haven't used it in a month it's gone point blank. i watch my bank accounts so meticulously too i recommend you doing a weekly audit of your bank and of course an overall monthly one. and start actually scheduling in everything you want to do when it comes to food, health, personal develpment, and family time before you ever schedule in any work or meetings in a paper and online calender. it's simple and goes far. stop wasting other people's time while throwing away your money simply because you choose to be unaware
