Have you guys experienced weird shit in this game? Inconsistent time or shots to kill, ghost bullets, not taking damage when you should be, etc? I've covered "skill based damage" over the years and never bought it until now. Either it's a thing or something is horribly fucked up with damage registration.
Part of the problem now is cod is on gamepass so the devs will have egos with all the people playing it essentially for free inflating their numbers… they will now claim their game is more popular than ever lol
Could be lag compensation, or what people consider peekers advantage. It seems extra bad in this game, so it could be the servers. The prefiring makes it questionable, but could be why
I am a tremendously bad player, in the sense I play just to play, dont sweat nor tryhard, get killed more times than I kill someone, and I can genuinely tell it takes me less bullets and time to kill someone, and people have to hit me a lot to kill me, hence this does not surprise me
@douglashernandez6751 you don't need to send it, upload it to RU-vid. I'm legitimately wanting evidence for this. I keep seeing guys using an smg to hit a guy 100 yards away then going "WhY aM I NoT dOiNg DaMaGe?" Well probably cuz your using a smg like a sniper rifle.
Feels fine to me, and I gave them no money because I was already subbed to Game Pass. Probably a skill issue honestly. The worst players cry the loudest.
@@justinreynolds6318You the dude that needs the SBMM/EOMM for protection so you don't quit immediately. Without it, your KD would be doooooggggggggsshhhiiiiiitttttt.
Here’s why it’s entirely plausible that Activision is using systems like engagement-optimized matchmaking (EOMM) to manipulate player experience in Call of Duty, even if they claim otherwise. First, Activision has filed patents specifically for systems that manipulate matchmaking, hit registration, aim assist, and more to maximize player engagement. Companies don’t invest in patents they don’t plan to use, especially when those systems are designed to increase playtime and spending. Even if Activision says they’re not using these systems, the patents show clear intent. Second, many of the in-game inconsistencies players experience, like unpredictable hit registration, aim resist, and fluctuating match difficulty, align perfectly with what these systems are designed to do-manipulate live game data to influence player behavior. These manipulations are subtle, meaning they’re not supposed to be obvious but still affect outcomes in ways that maximize engagement. Third, the gaming industry already uses engagement-based design strategies everywhere to keep players hooked. Activision, as one of the biggest players in this industry, is highly incentivized to use these systems, especially in a game with microtransactions like Call of Duty. By manipulating outcomes, they keep players coming back and spending money. Finally, while some may argue there’s no “hard evidence,” the overwhelming number of player complaints about aim assist inconsistencies, spawn problems, and matchmaking issues suggests something is happening. These systems are designed to be nearly invisible, but the effects are clearly felt by players. In short, Activision has both the means and the motive to use these systems, and the player experience strongly supports the idea that some form of manipulation is in place, even if they deny it.
Yeah, all of this is true. Except for one thing: companies DO get patents that they don't intend to use. They get patents to use them against smaller companies to shut them down. They use them as ammo against their competition when they sue them for patent infringement. They intentionally file BS patents that are very broad and very vague. This way, competing companies violate their patents without even knowing. The more "moral" companies still have a lot of patents that they don't use simply because they act as a deterrent. Big companies pretty much treat patents the same way that nations treat nukes. If you have them, you're fine. If you don't, you're screwed.
The problem with this theory is Occam's Razor has more evidence. The servers having a low tick rate, combined with the amount of disparity between individual connection, allows a massive margin of incosistency with hit reg and ttk
Only problem is they would never make it as obvious as the clickbait title in his video. It would be extremely subtle as they have been developing this tech since before BO4.
Literally when I began multiplayer hit markers felt good the more I played and the sbmm took over I can't get any kills now I went from getting 4 hit markers for a kill to 15 or even 20 hit markers like wtf is Going on smh
I swear the same thing happened to me. I was playing and absolutely dominating, no hit reg issues, killing targets within a few shots, top listing nearly every game the first day. I hop on day 2 and went multiple games barely scraping by because it felt like I wasn't doing any damage to anyone. I thought maybe it was some BS server issues, but I wasn't having any connectivity issues. I swore to my friends I was playing with that there was something decreasing my damage, or not registering half my shots. Of course it sounds crazy, but I swear the decreased hit reg or a damage debuff is a thing. My games went this way for awhile and I continued to sweat my ass off thinking I was in some kind of nonexistent slump. But sure enough, after multiple lobbies of feeling like I was shooting air, out of nowhere I start killing people within the normal TTK. It seems crazy, but SBMM is definitely messing with people's damage. I will say that my friend playing with me both day 1 & 2 brought up a good point because he was also top listing every game alongside me, he and I going back and forth as first and second. He swore didn't notice any substantial damage differences, as if his hit reg or damage was reduced. So, I don't know what the problem is. I'm still convinced it's something to do with a SBMM mechanic, but maybe it is some kind of server issue.
My first game was very positive and kills where easy to get. Few games in im shooting plastic balls and my kd is slowly going down into the 1.0-1.2 zone. I played remotly on xbox cloud and did better a few matches before on phone ffs lmao.
Dude getting hit markers in hardcore is really starting to piss me off, like I’m going for DM and doing headshots but I can’t get headshots if I’m getting two headshot hit markers 😡
@ I know buddy it’s just garbage now after enjoying mw2019 for months and years I enjoyed it but after seeing cheaters in my game SBMM being bad rigged I’ve had enough
MW2019 was the best COD in a long time until they put the SBMM in. Funny how they make the best COD in years and then use that one to inject their algorithm into
This comes back to the game having an engagement based matchmaking system. If a player is getting deleted in seconds time after time, theyll more likely quit the game. Same goes for if they dont get any kills either. Its very possible conspiracy or not, that the game nerfs better players against bad players and buffs bad players so that even if they shouldnt be, the noob player is getting those kills a lot easier when they shouldnt, keep playing, and keep on buying too.
This IS what is happening and it started in MW2. It's called Engagement Based Algorithm. Activision has a patent on it. This was revealed and covered on YT 3yrs ago! I'm honestly shocked there's so many people complaining right now like this hasn't been known. It's the reason I didn't buy MW3 or BO6!
I still remember when MW3 had that free weekend or whatever just after it launched. Didn’t bother buying it because of the state of current cod games, I jumped into an MP match on shipment and proceeded to destroy the lobby going like 60-10 with a default class I was like holy shit I’m insane at the game next game I can barely go positive and so on. Actually tested it by buying the battle pass lmao and I had some very easy games and then straight back to normal
Its the rigged wins that get me. constantly in TDM to will be 35 kills ahead then suddenly no hit reg and bad spawns to help the other team catch up its so obvious.
It is the most obvious with this game I'm not a bad player in any way why every game my team is practically negative with me being on top and we'll either be winning by 2,3 kills or we lose by 2,3 kills they don't even hide IT anymore me and my brother can't even play because he doesn't enjoy my lobbies even if he's host .. but when he's solo i told him read the names to me straight bot names notice to how some games for him not a single player will have a mic they have rigged these new games so bad i can't believe my love for shooters is dying
In every reverse boosted lobby I've been in in MWII, my connection and hit reg was pristine. In many cases, I didn't even have to aim! My bullets were like magnets and if I used a sniper, I never had to be on point. But in the regular packet burst lobbies, my bullets are sponges.
This is a real thing. The talk about the patent causing you to play worse overtime when you initially did well is 100% true. This was a thing in black ops Cold War. The patent is designed to make you aim worse, your damage to be less, to make you flinch more often when you take damage, to make your bullets hit registration worse over all, among other factors to ensure that you perform worse overall. It totally makes sense that this feature is still a thing since the awful matchmaking is still here. Activision obviously doesn’t care about you trying to get better at their games legitimately. The bad players need a chance to be good and to have fun matches so that they can give Activision more money.
@@Amboss187Not true at all in my 6 man friend group I have a friend who is complete dog water, but he can get 50-10 by himself, but when he plays with us he goes negative every game
I’ll be on free for all, pop off in the beginning and half way through spawns go against my favor almost guaranteed, or people just leave and there’s 4 people on one of the big maps
Spawn systems 100% throw a bone to whoever died a couple times in a row. Die 2 or 3 times in a row you'll probably spawn right behind someone for a free kill.
But hey they made it so that there are 100 different ways your dead body reacts to dying👍 Priorities are wonky asf. And they don’t have a brain to realize what fans actually want
The fact that assists count as eliminations in this game is essentially why the SBMM feels cranked up even more. It’s increasing everyone’s k/d unlike the MW series and thus giving us even shittier and sweatier lobbies.
Revenge spawns are a very real thing also, the last couple call of duty’s I fall into the top 3 percent on the leaderboards in this game I’m falling between the top 3-5 percentile of the world. Yet this game is kinda exhausting to play I get first place in nearly every game I play yet when I party up with a couple friends the game becomes so unbelievably easy it feels like a different game. I noticed when me and my friend where using the exact same gun and the whole match I was thinking wow wtf is this it’s taking 10-12 bullets to kill someone then my friend got the best play of the game with the exact same gun and he got a furry kill taking down 4 people shooting them legitimately twice.
I just played a game 1hr ago someone killed Me with a few bullets while i unloaded so many and nothing so i said let me watch the killcam what do you kno same gun as mine with a suppressor and only took couple bullets but none mine did nothing this game is rigged..
I literally just had a game using shotgun, I was cooking the enemy team and at the middle of the game, the same game with the same shotgun, I couldnt get one single more kill, I was shooting plastic, making hitmarkers in the head, with a SHOTGUN, I was even wondering if they nerfed it mid game but then told myself « nah thats not possible, theres something wrong » (im French so sry for my english)
I had the same expiration since I was trying to get point blank kills. I had 1 more to get out of 10 and I kid you not I blasted 5 people point blank and I couldn’t get the achievement. Changed my weapon to smg and I got it first try. Fucking weird stuff
@kristiancar9200 I've had this too. Was 32-2 on a game of domination. After the 3rd death I couldn't kill a fly. Ended 43-10 even though I was still as quick and slick in my inputs, just started to take twice as long to kill anyone
A more easy method of testing this theory is by running shotguns, you'll see yourself getting hit markers at nearly point blank range while other times its one shot to kill
The messed up part is that i can feel it change DURING matches. I swear it feels like as soon as i start to go negative in a match I start to melt people. After our team starts doing good its like the other team becomes gods. Its so weird.
I got the game as a gift from a friend, we started playing on day 1 with a 4/5 stack. I have a 1.7 KD and so does he. Our group is ranging from a .8 and higher. I’ve had many moment where with a 40 round magazine I’ve dumped 20+ rounds hitmarker’ing the enemy at least 10-15 times for them just to not die. At other times Ive 3 tapped dudes at full health to chest shots (not even headshots). Ive also seen kill cams/ play of the games where people have 2 tapped people to chest/head with an M4 when the person they are engaging is in spawn (full health more than likely). And yes I’ve seen my grenades/semtex’s get stepped on after death or even while I’m alive to get no damage dealt to the enemy player, let alone a Hitmarker. It’s always games where I get packet burst. It’s gotten so bad that a friend we have who doesn’t pay attention to cod drama started saying: “I’m getting nerfed”.
Not crazy... every major game is rigged. Fortnite, apex, cod, overwatch, etc. it's been like this for a while now (5-10 years maybe) but it's only getting worse. Games like bo2/mw3 even had sbmm but it wasn't noticable at all. Games like fortnite/apex only started once they got popular (fortnite was got bad sometimes about season 2-4) I noticed apex was getting stronger sbmm in season 2-3
Playing apex in season 00 was awesome.. my and my friends won nearly every game, unless we found a lobby with this one group we would always lose to. because the sbmm was so weak or there wasn't any at all you would usually find the same players from your area
I knew I was tripping, I could literally shoot first, land 2 headshots and put 3 additional bullets into someone just to get outgunned🤮bro SBMM ruins everything. I thought B06 wasn’t going to have SBMM.
Whoa. At first I was gonna blame the inconsistent damage on stims, but HOLY. Those clips were all 100% aiming/firing time and no time for stims and they still got 20 hitmarkers. That's wild.
I'll never understand how people have bought a call of duty after Mw2. Maybe blops2 but I had already quit the franchise by then. Every now and then I'll boot up the bone and play some Mw2 and it's just an experience that can't and hasn't been topped.
@@JerdMcLeanmw2019 was very good until nearing the last season, they messed up a few things but it was still good enough, and black ops cold war was one of my favs tbh, yes it had issues after launch, but eventualy it turned out to be a great game. Really enjoyed multiplayer and zombies alot
None of these issues are new. It happened in MW2019, a lot. And people called it out then and were called crazy. Whysosirius (channel is gone now) was the very first person to bring up sb/eomm and EVERYTHING in Actis' patents that went in to some detail about in-game manipulation of players in real time, which btw, you and others are just now paying attention to. If anyone still has MW2019, pop it in and play a few matches and you see the exact same thing start to happen. Like I said before, nothing new.
There's a software company called Demonware Inc who are responsible for the development of the online multiplayer portion for a large number of Activision games black ops 6 again being one of them. I put my finger on them for the multiplayer algorithm and they never seem to get talked about for some reason.
Wrong, in MW2019 it was tested but not implemented full time. Full time implementation began in MW2. SBMM has existed since MW2019 but Engagement Based Algorithm was implemented in MW2. As a 5-7kd player...14 in dmz. - it has been the sole reason I didn't purchase MW3 or BO6.
I’ve been going through this since 2023 mw3s launch and honest to god thought I was losing it. I went ahead and got faster internet and a good Ethernet cable to make my connection better but still it kept happening every match I was in and it did make me feel like I wasn’t as good at cod anymore. However when I’d play other fps games I wouldn’t experience this at all, I like cod games I have ever since the launch of cod 2 way back on the Xbox 360 but this is a game shattering thing to be going through and I’m sick and tired of using ARs that require 4 shots to kill someone needing 10 or more shots instead. In a strange way I’m glad to see so many people in this comment section are going through the same thing because for the longest I thought this was an issue exclusive to me.
B06 is one of the most bizarre FPS titles I've ever played. EVERY SINGLE MATCH feels like it's artificial. Some matches going in, immediately feels like a losing proposition to me, like it's already predetermined that I'm losing the match before it even started. Also, I would bet money that some of the "players" in every lobby are AI bots. They are not real. Almost every match, I've peeked a window or doorway...and INSTANTLY I'll have one of these "players" laser me from a ridiculous distance , or throw a perfect grenade right on top of me. I'm telling you, this isn't real organic game play with actual human players. You can load up a custom game lobby against veteran AI bots and witness similar style kill cams.
100% scripted, 100% using bots. I figured it out when this dude dove down the stairs I was preaiming and was hitting me with headshots before he even landed. It was so outrageously insane, and then I started paying attention and noticing generic npc names to go with these super suspicious players and it clicked.
@@idancemyassintothepaint7571 Agree. I've had a ton of gunfights/deaths in this game, where it's at the point now that I'm convinced. I suspected it a couple years ago that Activision was putting AI Bots in MP in these titles. I think the tech is just so advanced now, that it's getting harder to tell. But I've played MP in these games for literally almost 13 years now, and what I've witnessed in this title in the past 4 days is downright astounding...and simply, not believable.
or they have game sense and know when and where to throw nades. that's way more likely than them being ai imo, unless u saw something else fishy on the killcam
Yup!! And maybe I’m tripping but when I lose to a gunfight and almost killed the player and see my tm close to em and I’m like oh my tm will get em but they walk near each other like they friends🤔
Ngl I quite enjoy the game but I simply cannot believe that they developed it for 4 years. Like certain things like the cuav making a loud ass noise, guns not being able to load once you put attachments on it, the fact that my bullets feel like peas meanwhile my enemies bullets feel like a nasa space rocket has turbo'd in my mouth, in campaign i experienced characters and map elements not loading, despite having a higher end pc. I think they should admit that the most developed thing was the omni movement, which is cool, but.... i don't see it much in my matches.
The most developed thing is what’s being discussed in this video. Skill based damage? Machine learning and AI tools becoming more prevalent, this seems to be an obvious technological leap for any game developer to make and then they can say it uses a “proprietary matchmaking system” that keeps games “fair” and encourages bad players (the majority) to play more.
They didn’t develop this game for 4 years, after Cold War they began working on Vanguards zombies mode. They probably began working on BO6 during the end of Vanguards lifecycle
Yeah now you can sprint sideways and backwards! Except there's never a reason to, but you can slide and dive those directions too!! So still no reason to lmfao..
I had 7 hit markers in hardcore the other night. I even went into theater mode to confirm. 7 rounds used. 7 hit markers no death. He killed me in 2. I was using the m4
Zombies is the best its been. Me and my cousin have played every COD and this, has serious potential, between the classic bo2 diamond, the afterlife zombie skin, the gobblegums that aren't locked behind a pay wall (which is what I was expecting). Campaign is absolutely goated. Better then cold war Campaign and that one was great.
Yup... This happens to me about every other match if not every match and it seems to happen more often the better you are at the game. The other thing I'm exspirencing all the time is my team will be dominating then like a light switch my team will get clapped the 2nd half of the game where we most likely loose or only win by 2 points.
@@CalebMay-bf1ci Yeah bruh im having same problems. First half i can play like a god and next half i suck really bad. I was thinking whats wrong with me :D
are you not considering the possibility that the people you were destroying backed out and they were replaced mid game with better players ? Because I’ve seen that happen a lot of times
It honestly feels like every game that youre able to play online is not handled with care anymore. Theres so many games (black ops 6 in there) that have an insane amount of bugs and glitches like dude wtf are they doing???
BO6 did only come out 4 days ago and they've rolled out a bunch of bug fixes. On day 2 I was clipping through the floor on terminus in the spawn room but no matter how I hard I try now it won't happen. They've fixed a few multiplayer bugs too but its still kinda f'ed up that its online only (Campaign and Zombies). I'm getting packet bursts with ethernet.
They just need more game delopment companies to partner with. Pretty small team over at Beenox, High Moon Studios, Activision Shanghai, Sledgehammer Games, Infinity Ward, and Demonware
The ghost bullets sounds an awful like the no damage bullets method used by ricochet in warzone 1 on hackers, if this is the same thing and has been applied to the eomm to help secure the predetermined outcome of each match this would confirm the game is not even a functioning fps anymore
Ive been saying this for a year in the comments. The game manipulates the bullet physics and damage, accuracy, inside the match. Edit: So the game is doing the Robocop Remake thing, you THINK you're controlling your inputs but it is actually the server. Over and over in MW3 I played hardcore Only, because I wanted to elimnate the time for the server to phony up every gunfight. Which is where I caught the game doing stuff like, stopping my gun from shooting because it only would take one shot so the game would delay me shooting for like 10-15 whole frames. ESPECIALLY if you're aiming at a group of targets. It would arbitrarily change my tac stance spread, would straight up make a cone of fire directly around the enemy player. MW3 had no theater mode. Black Ops 6 does, Activision is going to get caught in 4K.
Something I’ve noticed a few times is anyone with the pre order skin the android robot dude who glows blue seems to overpower my guy in more damage or more health. He’s a bullet sponge in multiple matches. 5 or 6 ak bullets to the chest and somehow he wins
But, but, XDefiant bad... I just love how pitch forks come out for hit reg in XD but people won't glance an eye at this cause it is expected. Ugh, Good video BT!!
Here's something interesting I noticed- I've been grinding out the L85 (GPR 91 in game) and it just felt horribly inconsistent. Even after unlocking attachments to help with recoil and range, I would sometimes land 6-7 HEADSHOTS on people and still not get a kill. So while screwing with it in the firing range I noticed something odd: When standing still, I could kill every dummy within the maximum damage range in 5 shots exactly. But if I MOVE AND SHOOT at the same time, it will randomly sometimes take an extra 2-3 bullets to kill even the closest dummy. I even tried going for only limb shots to see if that's what was causing the TTK to go up, but it turns out that gun is supposed to be a 5 shot kill NO MATTER WHAT. So, not saying it's confirmation of skill based damage, but unless STATIONARY firing dummies are somehow lagging, we can rule out network shenanigans. Maybe some weird bug, but at this point I wouldn't put anything past Activision.
Went on a win streak suddenly this happened to me quit joined a new game and same shit but i can move and throw things cause i can hear the game i feel like it's the game doing things like this to force you to quit and who knows why else..
Years of CoD and I started playing Fortnite 3 weeks ago. In 3 weeks of Fortnite, I've had maybe 4-5 deaths that's made me call Bullshit. I usually can't play one session of CoD without 5+ bullshit deaths. Lmao
I paid full price for the game which caused me trouble during installation and forced me to give phone number through unnecessary verification I hope they don't do it again
I quit back in cold war, but I played abit of mwII campaign, got softlock and become so fucking annoyed about it, so I go to a local game store, got 20 to 40 dollars (yay) and move on with my life
@@BlameTruth Go play FFA and hold an area, it just stop spawning people in the area if you get a kill or two, did in mw3 also, but you move and sure enough immediately someone will spawn on you. FFA actually exposes how bad the R.T.M. actually is (imo ofc)
That’s hilarious considering I think it just happened to me right before watching this I went 30-13 in my first match and my second match I went 12-22 😵💫
Go to the newest comments and see how i commented about a ffa game i experienced with a random because i was lucky enough to get back to back games with him..
Thank you for this. I thought I was the only one experiencing this. I have noticed the same in every other match. Running same loadie, i go from getting 30 kills, winning most of my gun fights, to 10 kills where i am losing most gun fights. I told a friend that it feels like I am using paintballs. Getting hit markers with a whole mag and not dropping them only to get turned on and hit twice and die. It has gotten so bad that I just back out of the match as soon as it happens. This will be my last cod purchase. Especially with the “enhanced spacial audio” for an additional charge.
Just from the title alone, I knew I wasn’t the only one. This is definitely the WORST cod of all time. Another thing to mention is that you NEED to be connected to internet to access the game as a whole. It is absolutely pathetic, you can’t even play campaign offline😂😂😂 the next cod will have PACKET BURST in the campaign for specialized single play”Texture streaming” 😂😂😂 mark my words. I had high hopes for this game, what a joke.
Funny you say that, I get packet burst in campaign and solo zombies, extrapolation and packet burst killed me on round 94 cos I couldnt use the mangler suit.
@@finzfan0723You’re fucking lost. This game’s maps are atrocious. Every single lobby I play there’s a bunch of nerds using MP5’s and XM4’s, thats it. I have 15 guns on diamond and I am prestige 5 btw so don’t come at me with some bs.
Stop buying the game its been the same shit for years and new flash! It aint gona change. Their business model is to make as much money at all cost they do t care about gameplay!
Im starting to dislike this game now because this happens to me all the time and it’s just frustrating. Same happens on zombies it says I get hit with the blue hit direction detection on me me while there isn’t even a zombie around. Can even play zombies without something fishy happening.
This is not new, it is a part of the EOMM algorithm, if you read the paper you will notice that one of the several ways the EOMM algorithm manipulate your gameplay in Timmy's favor is to reduce your damage profile. I notice this everyday I play this game, sadly.
Between the cheating epidemic, Cronus zen users, and the bad maps, this game was doomed from the start. I wish they cared more but when you’re a multi billion dollar company it’s easy to get away with. I don’t understand how people can deal with it anymore
Seems the shoe is on the other foot now. I dont play COD but I find it interesting that good players are being punished for being good. COD let hacking and the pay to win mechanics ruin the game and this is their only way of bringing the normal player back to cod lobbies
It happens to me. If I do well then I’m punished to give other players a chance. It’s like momentum/scripting on FIFA. Live - in game manipulation that gives the other team/enemy a chance at making a come back. This is psychological warfare. You are nothing but a statistic, manipulated by their AI algorithm for maximum engagement/profit.
The point of EOMM is to flatten the curve as much as possible. To achieve this you will be placed in lobbies that will best achieve that end. Sometimes it can feel like your lobbies are on mars, regarding how far behind the enemy you are, and sometimes it can just be one or two players who seem to be bullet sponge gods. Bottom line: this might not be the result of Skill-based-damage, but it is 100% related to the matchmaking system, aka EOMM.
@@ToastBread-vi8mi you think a single purchase is going to make a difference? He buys them in hopes of a change, then makes a video to expose their shitty game in hopes of something being done.
I watched someone's video and he explained desync. Many times it is because of that. And even today when I played in a match I shot first and died first. But I looked at the killcam and that player shot me first
I experience it a lot. I have good connection. Optic ethernet in large city. And it is one game 3-4 hits other 5-8 hits with same gun and same distance... 1v1 full health. I don't think it is rigged intentionally. I believe it is a technical issue. Amd EOMM makes it worse because it connects you to matches which are hosted from far away.
@@FITX2 Yeah servers are so bad. It's comnection and it leads to desync and bad hitreg. I'm shitty player so why is this happening to me if it's eomm? It should help me because I'm not good
Sometimes it feels like I'm killing enemies in 2-3 shots with an AR but after having a good game my bullets turn into marshmallows and my enemy gets infinite health. they just turn around after receiving 50 headshot hit markers and they still kill me like nothing.
I have 5.67 k/d. There is 100% damage nerfing in effect. The time to kill and sometimes no damage at all is applied to enemy players. This is not lag, this is not dsync. This is EOMM in full effect to prevent you from deleting the lobby.
Playing hardcore, it happens constantly. Hit markers, and just shooting through people. Usually happens after my second or third match. Play hardcore it is way more noticeable than core. Been like that for the last 4 games that have come out.
Yes that is a thing! And the most absurd is that it happens in every game but not against all players, some you will kill with 5, 6 bullets others, in the same lobby, take a full mag and nothing happens. So frustrating....
I like how in nearly every clip people show to prove "skill based damage" exists also has the person get hitmarkers when they're not even remotely aiming at the character model, or shooting through a wall with a silencer on an SMG across the map.
Have you thought about starting a class action lawsuit for discrimination and segregation? Honestly that might be the only way. LIKE THIS SO BT SEES IT!
Thank you for this. I have been having this weird issue since the beta. Some players you kill with 2 bullets and others you are shooting rubber bullets. It is crazy and it makes no sense.
This is probably one of 2 videos that i have to agree with, i just figured it was server issues with hit registration considering the entire game is online only. Maybe they were having issues with the increased traffic. But i even noticed i was getting hitmarkers in hardcore, with the ak 47 in close quaters. And other times being able to kill people with 2 bullets through walls.
Crazy part is none of this is new BlameTruth been exposing since mw2 and ppl just said all he does is complain but now eyes are being opened he had be repetitive and keep talking bout these issues in order for us finally see he's not lying it's the truth and that's what is to blame im grateful for this guy only real and honest RU-vidr about these issues i wish these videos would be uploaded everywhere so ppl can see what's going on in front of us glad to have been knowing these past few years
Yeah. Also had those games that one team is dominating, they something hoppens and its almost a tie. Happens more often than for it to be called coindidence.
I commented how every game i play i go off but i lose its not like i can have both a good kd and w/L because every game i play i go off but im constantly losing back to back games by 97-100 or we win by barely 2,3 kills im check my last 10 watch how its all close games this shit is to coincidental be happening
I have dealt with the skill based damage numerous times where I can laser someone with half a mag and it does nothing, and a skill based matchmaking can be annoying but it can also be extremely helpful with improving my skill because I’m consistently having to fight new people, reguardless of the handicap the game tries to put on me I go 1.20k/d+ every game personally. Personally I feel like a lot of the problems people are having with the game are just knit pickers that don’t like that games change over time. I’m not saying the game isn’t trying to limit you for being good I’m just saying I’m good enough to not be effected but it should be addressed and needs to be fixed so other players can enjoy the game too.
Nahh thats how i know this page is a meme. This whole “skill based damage” is literal bullshit cuz i suck absolute dog at COD and im able to get good kills with good kill times. Most people just dont hit their shots properly and end up getting smoked (like me). If you can hit your shots right, at good distance you could 3-4 shot anyone depending on what gun you got. With shotguns its a one hit kill if you hit your shots.
Happens in hardcore too. I originally thought they yet again messed with hardcore in general, and maybe they did. But the hit markers, and inconsistency with them in hardcore makes me believe in this even more.
this has happened to me so often you wouldn't believe. an enemy shoots at me, blood shows up on my screen but no hp bar. i genuinely thought that you had to take a specific amount of damage for the bar to show up, but this makes more sense. ive also experieced getting a killworthy amount of shots on an enemy and him not dying. i probably have it recorded somewhere as ive been recording almost all my bo6 gameplay.
I’ve definitely experienced this… I was telling people I play with that don’t do as well as me what I was experiencing and they didn’t believe me.. then another guy I play with experienced it too.. they 100% nerf you when you do too well..
As someone who reached iridescent in warzone multiple times, I'm just gonna say this. How is it that I've died MULTIPLE times FASTER and "headshot only", I put that in quotes because most bullets missed but registered, TO PEOPLE THAT ARE CROUCH WALKING WITHOUT A SKIN, but people in the top 250 always take a little bit of time to kill me? I've died to people that play like 0.5kd WAAAAYY faster EACH TIME than I ever did to a top 250 player. It actually becomes so obvious when you start getting good
I think it’s a thing, I die so quickly to ppl and when I use the same gun it takes over half a mag to kill that person. It’s super weird, but other times it feels the opposite, I’m killing ppl super fast
