9x19 is the 'Standard' 9mm we all know and love. 9x18 is the Russian Makarov cartridge. 32 ACP is not 9x18. It's not even 9mm at all. Is 7.65 Browning. Or 7.65x17 with some fucky nomenclature after I can never remember.
