love this but Acheron is stronger than Welt, Welt is weaker than before and wasn't the strongest guy in Honkai Impact too. Acheron moved so fast it looked like everyone was moving in slow motion, has she actually aimed to kill him, she would've in the blink of an eye. love the guy and his character but he's not stronger than people like Acheron and possibly even True Herta (who is an emenator like Acheron)
@pinnappel713 Nah. The Second Eruption lore says otherwise. Even without being in his prime, the dude still has Star of Eden's power. It can also slow time, and Welt can recreate his body as long as his core is with him. In raw power, Welt is much stronger. Really, the only thing Acheron has going for her is her slowing time down. But if Welt managed to get the Star of Eden off quick enough, the same thing would happen to her. It really comes down to who has a faster reaction time. But even then, Acheron couldn't kill him due to having his core. He should still be able to recreate his body without his full Herrscher authority. So Acheron would end up spending wasted energy trying to kill him. I don't think it would be the easiest fight for Welt, but I do think he would win mid diff. However, Acheron is most certainly above everyone else in the game so far. I would put her just under Welt, but above eveyone else.

Also there are beings called Overlords of the Antimatter Legion. Welt mentioned that these beings are capable of destroying entire Star systems. Overlords can be compared to emanators in terms of power since Overlords are directly chosen by Nanook and draw power from him similar to how Emanators directly draw power from the Aeons of their respective paths. BTW, the statement about Overlords being able to destroy entire star systems was mentioned by Welt himself in-game. I could type out everything he said but I'm too lazy. If you have HSR already installed go talk to Welt in the Parlor Car. In fact there are some Aeons, specifically Nanook, who have shown feats that rival even the most powerful Herrschers in HI3rd. It's safe to say HSR verse >>> HI3rd verse.

The thing is, Kosma in terms of raw power isn't that far from likes of Kalpas but he also has that fatal weakness of losing control and considering how intelligent Welt is, he most certainly will be able to use it to his advantage. For Otto it depends whether we take his False God form (or at least just him having powers of the 10th and 11th Herrschers) or his normal self. First case Otto obviously wins, second case I guess it could go to Welt. While sure Otto is smarter than Welt, this difference won't be enough to make up for sheer contrast in power between the two. And that ain't even his full power. He was a menace in HI3rd to the point that even Kevin Kaslana respected him!! EDIT(after 8months): Welt is actually a bit ass. He lost two times to Sirin and also lost his Herrscher Core in the second fight rendering him useless. In the fight against Phantylia Welt was literally seen kneeling and exhausted but it's understandable since emanator are powerful asf. When Aventurine was about to destroy Penacony with his final attack we saw Welt hold up his cane and literally do nothing. The Nameless got their asses saved by Acheron.

I love characters who are literally so overpowered but they aren’t like- super egotistical. The juxtaposition is hysterical to me. Welt literally solos everyone and he also squints at his phone. It’s incredible.

@seraphim3923 I mean he saw Luocha who was his "friend" who was on the star rail with him before he decided to leave before the story started. The lore states and sounds like Luocha was most definitely the one traveling with welt and Himeko at the time. He saw Luocha in one of the quests and visibly responded and seemed to be worried that it was either Void Archives or Otto somehow. But then kept his calm and just had his suspicions until they saw all the film. If he can keep his calm around that man I'm pretty sure bronya and cocolia wouldn't budge him much either.
For everyone saying it’s wrong. In the Honkai Impact 3rd manga, Welt was an ex-Herrscher (God) and could solo 99.9% of the HI3 Verse. The only person he couldn’t beat was Kevin Kaslana. But Welt took precautions and sealed the entire universe to get away from Kevin. Even went as far as to beat the main antagonist of HI3 with EASE.

The second time, on the moon, he knew it was a suicide mission and resorted to time distortion to hold her off for long enough to allow Siegfried to gather soulium, but she shut his black hole within a mere minute. The third time, in her Fenghuang Down, there was no way he could win anyway and, indeed, he lost and had his core broken.

He don't use the divine key Star of eden (it was destroyed in the story of hi3) he use a copy that he created with the little HoR authority that he has left.
He's still definitely as strong as a herrscher though in raw power still. If he could create an entire army of machines before, with the power he has now, he can at least create a significant portion of that amount still. His greater knowledge and experience compared to his power in his prime probably puts him on an equal level to his old self

He might accidentally destroy the verse if he went full power but sadly he lost his herrscher core and original divine key. The cane that he uses in HSR is a copy of his divine key that he created with the little of HoR authority that he had so it isn't as powerful as the original but it still gets the job done.

The Welt itself resonates less than 50% with the core of the Herreshr, which is why it is weaker. He cannot use his key thoughtlessly, as it is a restriction on use. He was unable to defeat the Deer of Plenty, which already shows his weakness. After the events of honkai 3, he became weak, he has only experience and a couple of chances to use a synthetic hole with a key. I wrote this from a translator.

yes. welt can still summon blackholes and alter the dimensional space around it. technically speaking welt can destroy the luofu with one black hole , he could really solo anyone still. he is an ex God and even Emanators could get destroyed. he just doesnt use his power much because it must be tiring to him. and remember welt went through a stelaron explosion ( at the begining of the game against the dragon of the void ) and stopped it with his cane

Star of Eden can only manipulates gravity and cannot create black holes, the black holes purely came from Welt's Herrscher of Reason power. He understood how a black hole works but lacking the device to amplify it hence Star of Eden came into the picture, it amplifies the power of his black hole. Aeons? Prime Welt would just spam black holes to delete them all.
Not only that, Prime Welt is 11D, so he can exist on higher dimensional planes than the Aeons. He could also just create anything he learned about. Heck, if he figured out how an Aeon worked, he could just create an army of Aeons for fun. 😂
