Weltool looks like it has the best build. They put aggressive knurling anywhere you might need it, instead of just mid handle area. Everyone I hear reviewing them, say how nice they are.

W1. Though even it exceeds what I usually need a flashlight for. I prefer short range with a wide flood.

I agree, a powerful, very wide flood is much more practical for me, although I understand the occasional (probably rare) necessity for a tighter beam with maximum throw. I have an Olight thrower (1000 meters) that gets a bit of use during special occasions. However, it is much easier to see when everything is visible. Weltool should consider creating a better version of the compact Imalent MS03. That little light with very bright flood is exceptionally useful, but I dislike the button placement and design. My favorite compact flood light (the incredibly wide light pattern, not the actual flashlight body) was the Niwalker MM15. Do you know of any other quality built, compact, bright flood lights on the market today?

Grate overview man, thanks. I really enjoy lights with a lower kelvin and 21700 battery, so I would definitely choose the W3 pro tac.

Your videos are always excellent. Very informative and I've watched them several times over and over to make my decisions on lights I purchased. I prefer the smaller heads on tge flashlights. Happy New year.

First of all, all the best in the new year to you and your loved ones!🎉 May this year be better than the previous ones. Secondly, my first choice would definitely be the W1 and my second choice would be W3. The W1's beam profile is actually very versatile and both flashlights are small enough to be carried quite often rather than just occasionally. As always, you did a great job with this video.

I would probably go for the W3. The larger ones are great but they would be overkill for my standard needs and therefor not used as frequently. Having said that, any 1 of those would be welcome. Those little Rovyvons are great too. Thanks for the opportunity!

These LEP lights do not have a two mile or even a mile range. I asked a friend at Raython to see what the actual range is on my Wetool W4. Continously a quarter mile range. Which is still impressive. Actually a few of the engineers got bored and used some very expensive equipment to measure the range of the beam. Again and again. A quarter mile range.

I have the W3 pro Tac it’s a great looking machine light which has just enough usable spill for me. I just ordered my W4 pro Tac today to get the best through for your buck unless you’re willing to spend $2600 on the AceBeam W50 amazing technology, from AceBeam . I have the W35 and the M1 also two great LEP from AceBeam. Thanks for a great review on these LEPs.

W4 all the way. I've got spillers already. I want to take the W5 to the top of a nearby hill, turn it on, and slowly turn around for a while to make everyone think that a lighthouse was recently built up there. 😂

I'm a fairly new to your channel. I really have been enjoying you videos; a lot of great information. I'm really looking for a midrange to long range flashlight something like the Fenix PD40R V3.0 (if you have other suggestions let me know). These LEP flashlights are new to me and are very interesting. I guess if I were to go for one it'd be the W1.

I dont own a LEP and i dont intend to buy one because i already own a few throwers. LED thrower's huge problem is the glare that it produce. Also if there is a tree or something else between you and the target and a part of the beam hit it, its game over. That tree will glow and you wont see the target. Thats why i think a LEP with low lumens but almost no spill are way better throwers.

Tough decision but I think the W1(W5 being a close second) is the best option as it has can be the most used in different applications. How Weltool names the W3 a "tactical" flashlight but doesn't have a crenelated bezel is beyond me.
