I knew I'd fallen for this OST the moment I first heard it. It took me a while to find it. It is a hauntingly beautiful melody. Desolate Wind and Bitter Rain perfectly captures the emotions of Zhou Zishu and Wen Kexing.

The first half of the melody reminds me of the moment when Wen KeXing sitting there alone in the wood, waiting for Ye BaiYi - in order to stop him from explosing his identity in front of A Xu & ChengLing, while picturing a happy future for himself, AXu & ChengLing living peacefully at the Four Seasons Manor. And then the climax at 1:56 when AXu asked Ye BaiYi to kill both him & Wen KeXing so they can die together, when Ye BaiYi' sword flashes light right before their faces.

This music is from the moment when ZZH and ChengLing's fate was sealed in the second episode. 3:20 ENGSUB【Word of Honor】EP02 I love to watch Zhang Zhehan's briliant acting in this scene. ZZH knows that the old dude is going to hang the child on him. He doesn't want another responsibility, but his honor prevents him to refuse (while strings=fate is quietly coming closer). When the fate victoriously setles on him (full orchestra in max volume), he just closes his eyes and acceps it.

The music on its own is really beautiful but I wanted to create a little more depth and bring it a more closer to us and that is how I decided on making this. Well i hv been listening to this music quite some years and i come every week sometimes every day just to clam and relax myself it gives lot of clam and peaceful mind set and u can get good sleep too i even downloaded it i hope more ppl listen to it more and moreee❤❤

Also, I have been looking for the other soundtrack the one playing in episode 14 during the scene where Wen Kexing is telling Zhou Zishu how he did the wrong things at the wrong time all his life and even now it is too late for him to save the person he so wants to save. I am not talking about the song there is a different version with the actual soundtrack. Is there any chance we can find it!

yes.. I get which melody you meant. I was searching for the instrumental too for a while. Lucky me, Lucky You, I found the playlist to all the instrumentals in the drama. This is a happy day indeed.
