I think maybe hes just tired. He is human after all. He is allowed to be tired, upset, or moody. He can't always be chippy and please the paparazzi, fans, or shippers. And honestly I feel like Suga is always the first one through the airport and the first one out of airports. The man is all about getting from one point to another as quickly as possible, and I dont blame him one bit.
